摘要：2014年对宜昌地区核桃种质资源进行调查和选优，同年10月采集核桃坚果经形态特征、品质性状检测后从中择优30株坚果样品，送农业部食品质量监督检验测试中心（武汉）检测。结果表明：脂肪含量4944%～6682%，蛋白质含量1470%～2380%。分析结果表明：脂肪、蛋白质含量与地理位置、土壤条件特别是湿润的气候环境有关，也与管理措施、施肥种类有关。

Abstract： The investigation of germplasm resources and selection of superior varieties of Juglans regia were carried out in 2014 and in October after screening based on morphological and quality traits， 30 strains of nut samples were sent to Wuhan Food Quality Supervision， Inspection and Test Center， the Ministry of agriculture for detecting. The results showed that fat content was from 14.70 to 23.80%， and the protein content was from 49.44% to 66.82%. The result analysis indicated that content of fat and protein was related to the geographical location and soil condition， especially the humid climate environment.

宜昌位于湖北省西南长江中上游结合部，栽培核桃Juglans regia已有近千年历史，现种植面积4333 km2＼[1＼]。2014年全市组织专班对乡土核桃种质资源进行调查和选优，同年10月，采集核桃坚果对形态特征、品质性状检测后，从中择优30株核桃坚果样品检测。结果表明：脂肪、蛋白质含量与宜昌地理位置、土壤条件特别是湿润气候环境有关，同时也与管理措施、施肥种类有关。研究核桃主要营养成分对指导今后宜昌地区核桃产业发展、生产管理有积极意义。

1材料与方法

1.1材料来源

2014年6～8月，开展乡土核桃种质资源调查及选优，通过以往选优资料及果农报优，组织专业技术人员在全市范围内海拔110～1 600 m，共实地调查登记候选优树153株。同年10月采集到106株候选核桃优树单株坚果，按照国家林业局《核桃遗传资源调查编目技术规程》（试行），核桃坚果自然风干后对外形、单果果重、壳厚、出仁率、取仁难易、仁色、品味等形态特征、品质性状进行鉴评，然后从中择优选取30株坚果、每株随机抽取1 kg样品，送农业部食品质量监督检验测试中心（武汉）进行脂肪、蛋白质检测。……
