摘 要：近年来，乡村治理研究方兴未艾。从现有文献看，学术界主要研究了乡村治理的内涵、机制、模式、路径，分析了乡村治理存在的问题及原因，取得了一些有价值的成果。但也存在一些不足，如一些研究还缺乏系统性和整体性，乡村治理机制和乡村治理模式的研究还需进一步深入等。在研究方法上，定性研究居多而定量研究偏少。从趋势看，不但要重视乡村的理论研究，更要注重对乡村治理实践中具体问题的分析；研究方法应当多样化，尤其是运用数理模型和先进技术手段进行实证研究。

Abstract： In recent years， the research on rural governance was in the ascendant. From the existing literature， the academics studied the connotation， mechanism， mode and path of rural governance， analyzed the problems and the reasons for the existence of village governance， and obtained some valuable results. But there were also some disadvantages， such as the lack of systematic and holistic research， the research of rural governance mechanism and rural governance model needed to be further studied. In the research method， qualitative and quantitative research studied mostly below normal. From the trend， not only to pay attention to theoretical study villages， but also to focus on rural governance practices specific analysis of the problem； research methods should be diversified， especially in the use of mathematical models and advanced technical means to carry out empirical research.

自20世纪20年代起，研究农村问题的专著在我国陆续面世。1998年，在治理理论的基础上，华中师范大学学者提出“乡村治理”的概念。随着该理论在乡村管理工作中的广泛应用，学术研究也愈来愈深入，从现有文献来看，学者们的研究主要集中在乡村治理主体、治理权力配置方式、治理目的以及治理过程等4个方面[1]。

1 乡村治理研究的主要观点

1.1 乡村治理内涵

在治理主体方面，赵树凯[2]认为，乡村治理中多种主体参与，通过协商谈判等方式来解决分歧，实现共同治理。郭正林[3]提出，乡村治理的主体应该是乡镇的党委政府及其附属机构，以及村委会等村级组织和各种民间团体。在乡村治理目标上，贺雪峰[1]认为“乡村治理是实现乡村社会的有序发展”。其中“有序发展”也就是公共利益所在。……
