【摘要】目的 探讨冠状动脉CTA（CT冠状动脉成像）与临床表现的相关性。方法 选取2014年10月～2015年9月我院收治的冠心病患者65例作为研究对象，均行CTA与CAG（常规冠状动脉造影）检查，探讨冠状动脉CTA的临床价值及与临床表现的相关性。结果 65例CAG诊断出80支冠脉病变，40.0%为轻度狭窄，43.8%为中度狭窄，16.2%为重度狭窄；CTA共检出91支冠脉病变，39.6%为轻度狭窄，44.0%为中度狭窄，16.5%为重度狭窄；用双盲法分析后MSCT诊出91支冠脉病变，CTA诊断敏感度100%。结论 冠状动脉CTA可有效诊断冠状动脉病变，安全且无创，敏感度高，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective To study the coronary CTA （CT coronary artery imaging） and the correlation of clinical manifestations. Methods Our hospital heart ～ October 2014 with the records of 65 patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） in October 2015， selected as the research object， the CTA and in the CAG （conventional coronary angiography） check， to explore the clinical value of coronary CTA and correlation with clinical manifestations. Results 65 cases of the CAG diagnosed 80 coronary lesions， 40.0% were mild stenosis， 43.8% for moderate stenosis， and 16.2% for severe stenosis； CTA were detected 91 coronary lesions， 39.6% were mild stenosis， 44.0% for moderate stenosis， and 16.5% for severe stenosis； With double blind method analysis of the MSCT diagnosis after 91 coronary lesions and CAT diagnostic sensitivity to 100%. Conclusion Coronary CTA can be effective in the diagnosis of coronary artery lesions， safe and noninvasive， high sensitivity， is worth promoting.

疾病死因中冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病排名靠前，且随着人们工作压力的增加与生活方式的改变，该病患病率在逐渐提升。导管法冠脉造影检查为临床诊断冠状动脉病变的主要方式，但是该检查方式带有创伤性，会导致血栓形成、损伤血管以及心肌梗塞等，检查过程中风险较高，且有较高的检查费用。据报道[1-2]，冠心病患者接受导管法冠脉造影法后需接受介入治疗的比例为28%，72%不适合或无需接受介入治疗。由此可见，为冠状动脉病变患者探索出一种无创伤、可靠性与安全性高的影像学检查方法十分必要。多层螺旋CT中采用0.5 S薄层扫描，结合回顾性心电门控技术，已逐渐在临床冠心病诊断中应用。为探讨冠状动脉CTA与临床表现的相关性，现选取患者65例作为研究对象，详述如下。
