摘要： 近年来，我国城市化进程不断加速，城市道路作为城市的重要组成部分，其用地面积占城市建设用地面积的15%～20%。城市内涝等灾害一直严重威胁着人们的生命与财产安全，因此，海绵城市理念应运而生。海绵城市就像海绵一样，能够把雨水留住，并让其被循环利用。不仅能有效地解除城市内涝对人们生命和财产造成的威胁，还大大节约了水资源，有利于促进城市的可持续发展。为此，本文探讨了基于海绵城市理念的城市道路设计方式。

Abstract： In recent years， Chinas urbanization process continues to accelerate. The urban road is an important part of the city， the land area of urban road accounts 15%～20% of the land area of urban construction. City waterlogging disaster has been a serious threat to the safety of peoples life and property. Therefore， the concept of sponge city came into being. Sponge city is like a sponge， can keep the rain， and let it be recycled. It not only can effectively relieve the threats on peoples lives and property caused by city waterlogging， but also can greatly save water resources and promote the citys sustainable development. To this end， this paper discusses the urban road design based on the concept of sponge city.

0 引言

我国城市化发展的过程一直深受城市内涝、雨水资源流失、水环境恶化以及排水系统老化落后等问题的困扰，这些问题不仅制约着城市的可持续发展，还严重影响着城市经济的发展。城市道路作为城市建设的重要组成部分，在城市建设中有至关重要的作用。有研究表明，道路次降雨径流量约为25%，而污染物却高达40%～80%。因此，城市道路雨水径流量大且污染严重，是城市面源污染的主要来源。

海绵城市就像海绵一样，能够把雨水留住，让其被循环利用。即指遇雨时，能够吸收、存蓄、补充地下水、净化雨水、调节水循环；在缺水时，能够将水释放出来加以利用，从而实现城市中水活动的“自然化”，不仅丰富了城市景观，还大大增强了城市的生态功能，让城市更宜于居住。

海绵城市以“渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排”六个字为指导方针，其建设既要达到生态目标，又要满足城市功能。……
