中华七叶树种子化学成分及生物活性研究进展

目的 对中华七叶树种子的化学成分及生物活性研究进展进行综述。方法 结合数据库检索及文献查阅，对其化学成分及生物活性进行系统分析和归纳总结。结果 中华七叶树种子主要含有五环三萜皂苷类化合物26个、黄酮苷类化合物10个，具有抗炎消渗、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗血管生成和减肥等方面的生物活性。结论 七叶皂苷Ⅰa和七叶皂苷Ⅰb，异七叶皂苷Ⅰa和异七叶皂苷Ⅰb是中华七叶树种子中含量最高的4种功效成分，其药理作用显著，临床应用前景广阔。

A.stract:Objective The chemical components and the biological activities of the seeds ofAesculuschinensisBunge var.chinensiswere reviewed.Methods The chemical components and the biological activities of the seeds ofAesculuschinensisBunge var.chinensiswere systematicly analyzed and summarized based on database retrieval and related literatures.Results 26 triterpenoid saponins and 10 flavonoid glycosides were isolated from the seeds ofAesculuschinensisBunge var.chinensisand their stuctures were identified.These compounds possess diverse activities，including anti-inflammatory and exudation effects，antitumor， antiviral，anti-angiogenesis，and anti-obesity effects.Conclusion The contents of escin Ⅰa，escin Ⅰb，isoescin Ⅰa and isoescin Ⅰb of the seeds ofAesculuschinensisare the highest.These four components showed potent pharmacological effects.Clinical application of the four components possesses brood prospects.

中华七叶树 (AesculuschinensisBunge var.chinensis) 又名七叶树、婆罗树、梭罗树，属七叶树科七叶树属原变树种，落叶乔木，为世界四大优美行道树之一。陕西南部、河北南部和河南北部等地均有栽培，但仅秦岭有野生分布[1]。中华七叶树干燥成熟种子即传统中药娑罗子，具有疏肝理气、和胃止痛之功效[2]。研究表明，中华七叶树种子中主要含有七叶皂苷、异七叶皂苷、七叶苷和去酰基七叶皂苷等五环三萜皂苷及黄酮苷类化学物质[3]。七叶总皂苷具有显著的抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎消渗、抑制胃酸分泌和抗血管生成等作用，现已开发出七叶皂苷钠冻干粉针剂、七叶皂苷钠搽剂、复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶和七叶皂苷钠片等制品[4-6]。……
