〔摘 要〕大数据环境下，构建有效便捷的信息共享与交互模式，是为用户提供个性化与智能化服务的基础保障，也是目前信息共享空间发展的新趋势。分析Web3.0与信息共享空间特征的契合性，在改进文献资源采访模式、注重用户生成内容资源建设的基础上，整合信息资源，通过打造个性化智能化的检索服务、创新虚拟参考咨询、构建个人图书馆门户、提供移动图书馆服务等渠道构建一体化服务平台，以满足信息共享空间用户于海量信息中高效获取和利用信息的需求。

〔Abstract〕In Big Data era，it is important to construct an effective and efficient information sharing and interactive mode，which is the basic foundation of supplying personalized and intellectualized service，and the new developing trend of current information commons.This paper firstly analyzed the conjunct rationality of Web3.0 and the features of information commons.Based on improvement of interviewing mode for literature resource and the resource construction of user generated content，this paper highlighted the integration of information resource and proposed various useful channels to build an integrated service platform.These plat forms include personalized/intellectualized retrieval service，virtual referential consultation，personal library portal and mobile library service，which will meet the users requirement to effectively collect and exploit valuable knowledge through information commons.

大数据环境下，面对海量信息，如何满足信息共享空间用户对无所不在的信息交互和个性化、智能化的信息服务需求，正在成为目前信息共享空间的研究热点。Web3.0在信息过滤筛选、信息聚合及信息交互等方面的强大功能为信息共享空间的发展带来了新的契机。本文将基于Web3.0的网络环境对信息共享空间的构建进行探讨。

1 Web3.0与信息共享空间特征的契合

1.1 以人为本与个性化

与Web1.0和Web2.0相比，Web3.0的一个突出特征就是“以人为本”[1-2]，Web3.0将用户的偏好作为设计的出发点，对用户的行为特征、搜索习惯进行挖掘整理，对用户的需求进行分析，从而保证用户快速，精确的找到所需信息。此外，Web3.0还可根据用户的兴趣和偏好进行信息聚合和推送，为用户提供个性化信息服务。
