摘 要 目的：探讨派丽奥治疗冠周炎的临床疗效。方法：323例冠周炎患者用双氧水和生理盐水交替冲洗患牙盲袋，并于盲袋内注射派丽奥后，分别于第3 d、5 d、7 d观察疗效。结果：第3 d复诊时36例治愈，166例临床症状明显缓解，87例有所缓解，34例无效；第5 d复诊时累计295例治愈，21例明显缓解，7例无效者转院治疗；第7 d复诊时累计共有316例治愈。总治愈率为 97.83%（316/323）。所有患者均未出现过敏等药物不良反应。结论：盲袋内注射派丽奥可有效缓解局部疼痛、肿胀等症状，可作为冠周炎临床治疗的首选药物，疗效快速、显著。

Curative effect observation of periocline in the treatment of 323 cases of patients with pericoronitis

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of periocline in the treatment of pericoronitis. Methods： Three hundred and twenty-three cases of patients with pericoronitis underwent periocline treatment. The blind bags were alternately flushed with hydrogen peroxide and saline and then filled in with periocline. The curative effect was observed on the third， fifth and seventh days， respectively. Results： There were 36 cases cured， 166 cases alleviated obviously and 87 cases alleviated partly， 34 cases invalid on the 3rd day， total 295 cases cured， 21 cases alleviated obviously， and 7 cases invalid which required to the transferred treatment on the 5th day and total 316 cases cured on the 7th day. The total cure rate was 97.83%（316/323）. Adverse drug reactions were not observed in all patients. Conclusion： Periocline injected into blind bag can effectively relieve the symptoms such as local pain and swelling and can be used as a preferred drug for the clinical treatment of pericoronitis with rapid and significant curative effect.

冠周炎是牙齿萌出过程中，由于阻生等原因导致牙冠周围软组织发生的炎症，是口腔颌面外科常见的感染性疾病之一。临床上多采用局部冲洗后患牙局部用药并辅以口服或静脉滴注抗菌药物治疗。派丽奥被证明局部用药可显著降低盲袋内细菌总数量，同时缓解牙周炎症的临床症状[1]。本文对323例冠周炎患者使用派丽奥盲袋内局部给药，取得了良好疗效，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

选取2014年1月至2015年12月在本科就诊的323例冠周炎患者。其中，男性179例，女性144例，年龄15～72岁，平均（39.18±10.21）岁。所有患者患牙区胀痛，患牙冠周红肿压痛且咀嚼时疼痛加剧。15例有明显发热等全身症状；59例有冠周溢脓；27例感觉吞咽疼痛；11例患牙松动；5例伴有患牙同侧口腔黏膜溃疡。女性患者非妊娠期和哺乳期，所有患者均无四环素类药物过敏史。……
