5A护理模式对白介素治疗的脊柱结核患者自我认知、效能的影响※

目的 探讨5A护理模式对白介素治疗的脊柱结核患者自我认知、效能的影响。方法 选取2011年7月至2014年7月深圳市第三人民医院收治82例脊柱结核患者作为研究对象，根据就诊先后顺序将其分为观察组与对照组，各41例。两组患者均采取手术联合白介素治疗，同时对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者实施5A护理模式，比较两组患者护理前后自我认知能力、自我效能、睡眠质量。结果 护理后，观察组患者的疾病相关知识、白介素用药注意事项、病情自我监测评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；观察组患者护理后1个月、2个月、随访结束时的自我效能评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；观察组患者护理后1个月、2个月、随访结束时的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论 5A护理模式在白介素治疗脊柱结核患者中的应用，利于其自我认知能力的提高与自我效能的改善，最终强化其自我管理能力，改善睡眠质量，为疾病康复创造有力环境。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of nursing model on patients with spinal tuberculosis 5A for interleukin on self cognition， self-efficacy.Methods From July 2011 to July 2014，82 patients with spinal tuberculosis were treated in the third people's Hospital of Shenzhen city as the research object.According to the order of treatment，the patients were divided into observation group and control group，each of 41 cases.Two groups of patients were taken surgery combined with interleukin treatment，while the control group was given routine care，patients in the observation group to implement 5A nursing mode，nursing care of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after self cognitive ability，self-efficacy，sleep quality.Results Nursing after observed group of patients with disease related knowledge，medication interleukin attention matters，the condition of self monitoring scores were significantly higher than those in the control group，differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）；nursing group were observed after 1 month，2 months，followed up at the end of the self-efficacy scores were significantly higher than those in the control group，differences were statistically significant （P＜0.05）；scale of nursing group were observed after 1 month，2 months，followed up at the end of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） were significantly lower than those in the control group，differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusions 5A nursing mode in interleukin treatment of spinal tuberculosis patients，to the self cognitive ability enhancement and self efficiency improvement，and finally to strengthen self-management ability，improve sleep quality，and create a strong environment for the rehabilitation of the disease.
