心理护理干预在甲状腺手术护理中应用价值研究

目的探讨心理护理干预在甲状腺手术护理中应用价值。方法选取2014年5月～2015年12月在我院进行甲状腺手术患者60例，随机分为两组，每组30例，对照组患者使用常规护理，心理组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理干预。比较两组患者手术前后焦虑评分（SAS）及护理满意度。结果对照组手术前后的SAS评分分别为（44.76±4.71）分、（38.37±3.29）分，心理组分别为（37.67±4.05）分、（33.78±2.92）分，心理组患者手术前后的SAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组患者护理后总满意度低于心理组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理护理干预应用于甲状腺手术中，可改善患者手术前后的焦虑程度，增加患者满意度，值得临床使用。

【Abstract】Objective To study the application value in psychological nursing intervention in thyroid surgery. Selection.Methods In May 2014 to December 2015， 60 patients with thyroid surgery in our hospital， were randomly divided into two groups， 30 cases in each group， control group patients with routine nursing， psychological group on the basis of the control group given psychological nursing intervention. Compare two groups before and after surgery in patients with anxiety scale （SAS） and nursing satisfaction.Results The SAS scores of the control group before and after surgery were （44.76 + 4.71），（38.37-3.29） points， psychological group， respectively （37.67+4.05），（33.78-2.92） points， before and after surgery in patients with SAS scoring psychological group were lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）； Control group patients after nursing total satisfaction is lower than the psychological group， the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing interventions used in the thyroid surgery， can improve the level of anxiety in the patients before and after surgery， increase patient satisfaction， worthy of clinical use.

甲状腺的功能是合成甲状腺激素来促进新陈代谢、生长发育、提高中枢神经的兴奋性［1］。甲状腺疾病在临床非常常见，主要包括甲状腺肿瘤、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺肿等，临床常使用手术来治疗甲状腺疾病，但由于患者不了解手术情况，容易在手术前后出现烦躁、焦虑等心理情绪，直接影响手术的进行及术后的恢复［2-3］。本研究选取2014年5月～2015年12月在我院进行甲状腺手术患者60例，探讨心理护理干预在甲状腺手术护理中应用价值。现报道如下。
