循证护理对重症监护病房颅脑外伤病人术后并发症的影响

目的 分析循证护理对重症监护病房颅脑外伤病人术后并发症的影响。方法 选取2014年10月～2015年12月在我院进行治疗的颅脑外伤患者60例，按抽签顺序分为两组，各30例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组在对照组基础上实施循证护理，对两组患者的并发症发生率、机械通气时间、住ICU时间及住院时间进行比较。结果 研究组患者并发症发生率（10.0%）较对照组（53.3%）明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者机械通气时间、住ICU时间及住院时间较对照组明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对重症监护病房颅脑外伤患者实施循证护理可有效降低术后并发症发生率，缩短机械通气时间、住ICU时间及住院时间，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective to analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative complications of craniocerebral trauma patients in intensive care unit. Methods 60 cases of traumatic brain injury in our hospital from October 2014 to December were divided into two groups according to the order of lot， each of 30 cases. The control group was given routine nursing， and the study group was given evidence-based nursing based on the control group， the incidence of complications， mechanical ventilation time， ICU time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results study group of patients with complications occurrence rate （10.0%） than in the control group （53.3%） was significantly lower， and the difference is significant （P＜0.05）； patients in the study group，the time of mechanical ventilation， ICU time and length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group， the difference was significant （P＜0.05）. Conclusion in ICU patients with craniocerebral trauma patients implementation evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications， shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation， live time of ICU and hospital stay， improve the therapeutic effect， it is worth clinical promotion.

因外界暴力对头颅进行直接作用而造成脑部组织的损伤称为颅脑外伤。近几年，随着我国建筑意外事故及交通意外事故发生数量的增加，颅脑外伤患者数量也在逐年增加。相关文献资料显示［1-2］，并发症是造成颅脑外伤患者术后死亡及致残的主要原因，对颅脑外伤患者术后实施针对性、预见性的护理措施可有效降低并发症的发生。本研究对我院60例患者分别实施常规护理和循证护理，对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。现报道如下。……
