影响医院抗菌药物使用强度的问题分析

目的 分析某医院抗菌药物使用数据，发现影响抗菌药物使用强度的问题。方法 收集2015年1～6月抗菌药物使用数据利用EXCEL 2010进行对比分析，找出问题科室及其存在的问题。结果 通过药事管理系统的总结和权重分析，发现了呼吸内科、普外一病区和普外二病区抗菌药物使用无指征联合用药和剂量、疗程的问题。结论 通过数据回顾分析，找到了影响医院抗菌药物使用强度的问题所在，为下一步制定干预策略和具体方法奠定了基础。

【Abstract】

Objective To analyze a hospital antimicrobial drug use data， found that the impact strength of antimicrobial usage problem. Methods Antimicrobial use intensity from January to June 2105 used EXCEL 2010 to contrast analyze， find out the department and its problems. Results Through the summary of the pharmaceutical affairs management system and weight analysis， discovered the existence respiratory medicine， the first ward of general surgery and the second ward of general surgery which had antimicrobial drug use no indications of combination and dosage，course of problem. Conclusion Through the analysis of the data review and found the problem， affecting hospital antimicrobial drug use intervention strategy and specific methods for the next step laid a foundation.

自抗菌药物专项整治活动开展以来，抗菌药物使用强度（DDD）值是与抗菌药物使用率作为控制全院抗菌药物合理使用的主要指标手段［1］，三甲综合医院的抗菌药物使用强度不超过40DDD，它表示着医院抗菌药物合理使用的情况，也代表着医院在抗菌药物使用的管理是否到位，也是卫生主管部门对医院年终考核的指标之一。抗菌药物监管的任务普遍由临床药学科承担［2-5］，笔者通过实际工作总结了抗菌药物使用强度管理中存在的问题，以期这些经验为其他工作者在抗菌药物管理中提供一些借鉴。
