摘 要：该试验探讨了施用不同种类有机肥对烤烟生长发育的影响。结果表明：增施有机肥有助于增加烟叶叶面积，采烤期鲜烟叶成熟度较好，落黄层次较为分明，有助于提高烟叶产值、均价、上等烟比例及烤后烟叶糖含量和中上部烟叶钾含量；豆饼和菜籽饼有机肥对烤烟生长的影响差异不显著。

Abstract：This experiment explored into the influences of different types of organic fertilizers on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco. The results of the experiment show that：By applying organic fertilizers，the tobacco leaf area is enlarged，the maturity of fresh tobacco leaves in the picking and flue-cured periods is quite good and the yellowing level is quite clear，which contributes to increase the output of tobacco leaves，average price，the first-class tobacco proportion and the content of sugar and the upper leaves potassium content after the leaves are cured. Bean cake fertilizer and rape seed cake fertilizer have no significant influence on the growth of flue-cured tobacco.

长期施用化肥易使土壤板结、地力衰退、土壤有机质含量下降，这已经成为当前烟叶质量进一步提高的重要限制因素[1-2]。有机肥与化肥合理配施不仅能改善土壤理化性状，同时有利于烤烟品质的提高和烟叶香气的改善[3-15]。本试验探讨了豆饼和菜籽饼有机肥与化肥配施对翠碧一号烤烟生长发育的影响，以期为烤烟生产中有机肥的施用提供依据。

1 材料与方法

1.1 试验设计 试验于2015年在福建省烟科所三明分所试验场进行，供试品种为翠碧一号。共设3个处理，分别为A（CK）：常规施肥，无机纯氮105kg/hm2，不施用任何有机肥；B：无机纯氮97.5kg/hm2+豆饼有机氮7.5kg/hm2；C：无机纯氮97.5kg/hm2+菜籽饼有机氮7.5kg/hm2，具体施肥方案见表1。3次重复，随机区组排列，每小区120株。打顶时间统一为10%中心花初开时进行，脚叶按统一标准采打，其余田间管理与优质烟叶生产基本一致。

1.2 观测项目及方法 各处理分别选取具有代表性的烟株5株，在团棵期和采烤前测定其株高、茎围、节距、有效叶片数、叶片大小等农艺性状，参照YC/T 142-1998行业标准进行；……
