米索前列醇与欣普贝生应用于胎膜早破促宫颈成熟的临床效果观察

目的 探析米索前列醇、欣普贝生（地诺前列酮栓）用于胎膜早破患者促宫颈成熟的临床效果，并对药物安全性进行分析。方法 方便收集该院2013年8月—2014年8月间收治的90例胎膜早破宫颈不成熟的孕妇，将其分成观察组1、观察组2和对照组，每组30例，观察组给予米索前列醇，观察组2给予欣普贝生，对照组给予缩宫素促宫颈成熟，观察3组患者阴道分娩率、母胎感染率，并对3种药物用于促宫颈成熟的效果及安全性进行评价；为宫颈未成熟胎膜早破患者的临床治疗提供参考依据。结果 应用3种药物治疗宫颈不成熟胎膜早破孕妇，观察组米索前列醇及欣普贝生的促宫颈成熟效果均为100%；两种药物的阴道分娩率分别为93.3%和90%，宫内感染率差异无统计学意义，临床治疗效果显著。结论米索前列醇及欣普贝生用于胎膜早破孕妇中的促宫颈成熟效果良好，患者阴道分娩率较高，宫内感染率低，与欣普贝生比较米索前列醇价格更优惠，口服小剂量米索前列醇促宫颈成熟效果好，阴道分娩率及安全性更高，可广泛应用于基层医院。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the propess of misoprostol，hin（to top ketone chuan）in patients with premature rupture of membranes used for promoting the clinical effect of cervical maturity，and analysis of drug safety.Methods Collected from August 2013 to August 2014 between premature rupture of membranes，90 cases of cervical not mature women，it is divided into observation group1，observation group 2 and control group，average 30 cases in each group，the observation group 1 were given misoprostol，the obsrvation 2given hin propess the control group given oxytocin treatment，observation of three groups of patients with vaginal births，the womb infection rate，and the three drugs used to promote cervical mature，efficacy，and safety evaluation；Premature rupture of membranes for cervical immature provides some references for the clinical treatment of patients.Results Three drugs treatment of premature rupture of membranes cervical immature pregnant women，observation group of misoprostol and hin propess of cervical maturity effect were 100%；Vaginal births of two drugs were 93.3%and 90%respectively，intrauterine infection rates not seen obvious difference，clinical effect is remarkable.Conclusion Misoprostol and hin propess of premature rupture of membranes used for pregnant women to promote cervical mature effect is good，patients with vaginal births is higher，intrauterine infection rate is low，compared with sing propess misoprostol is more favorable price，small doses of oral misoprostol for cervical mature effect is good，vaginal births and security is higher，can be widely used in basic-level hospitals.
