聚焦超声治疗CINⅡ的临床疗效及价值

目的 通过高能聚焦超声治疗宫颈中度上皮内瘤变，探讨其临床疗效，从而评价高能聚焦超声治疗宫颈中度上皮内瘤变的有效性和安全性。方法 方便选取2014年9月—2015年9月因宫颈中度上皮内瘤变就诊该院的患者进行分组，其中采用高能聚焦超声治疗128例宫颈中度上皮内瘤变患者为观察组，采用宫颈leep治疗157例宫颈中度上皮内瘤变患者为对照组，把她们的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 观察组128例患者经高能聚焦超声治疗后3个月，复查阴道镜均正常；治疗后6个月，行宫颈液基细胞学检查均正常。治疗后患者无不良反应，宫颈恢复正常，无形成瘢痕。对照组157例患者经leep治疗后3个月复查阴道镜，108例患者宫颈光滑，49例患者宫颈轻度糜烂，阴道镜下宫颈活检，有3例病例结果为宫颈轻度上皮内瘤变；治疗后6个月后，行宫颈液基细胞学检查，154例正常，3例提示上皮内低度病变。结论 对于未生育、宫颈暴露欠佳、有心脏疾患等leep手术禁忌症患者，高能聚焦超声是治疗宫颈中度上皮内瘤变安全、有效的新方法。

［Abstract］Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of moderate cervical intraepithelial neoplasia by high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods Convenient selection from September 2014 to September 2015 for patients with moderate cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in our hospital were divided into two groups，the high intensity focused ultrasound treatment of 128 cases of moderate cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients as the observation group，with cervical LEEP treatment of 157 patients with moderate cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients as control group，and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 128 cases in the observation group were treated by high intensity focused ultrasound for 3 months，and the results were normal.After 6 months of treatment，the cervical fluid based cytology test was normal.After treatment，the patients had no adverse reactions，and the cervix returned to normal，and no scar was formed.The control group of 157 patients after LEEP treatment 3 months follow-up colposcopy，108 cases of patients with cervical smooth，49 patients with mild cervical erosion patients，cervical biopsy under colposcope，3 cases results for mild cervical intraepithelial neoplasia；after 6 months after treatment，cervical liquid based cytology，154 cases were normal，3 cases suggest that low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion.Conclusion For childless，cervical unsatisfied exposure，heart disease LEEP surgery for patients，high intensity focused ultrasound is a safe and effective method for the treatment of moderate cervical intraepitalial neoplasia.
