关节镜下关节清理术在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的临床效果研究

目的 研究关节镜下关节清理术在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的临床效果。方法 随机抽取2015年2月—2016年4月期间在该院接受治疗的74例膝关节骨性关节炎患者，随机平分为观察、对照二组，每组37例，分别使用关节腔内封闭治疗以及关节镜下清理术治疗方法后，客观对比二组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，观察组lysholm膝关节评分上升程度为（28.32±2.06）分优于对照组lysholm膝关节评分上升程度为（15.58±0.96）分，且膝关节无肿胀程度多对照组12例，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 关节镜下关节清理术在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的临床效果确切，能够有效的缓解膝关节肿胀程度以及膝关节功能。

［Abstract］Objective To study the joint clear operation under arthroscopy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effect.Methods Random Extraction in February 2015—April 2016 treated in our hospital during the period of 74 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis，Shared to observe and compare two groups randomly，between groups of cases are given，and modified in the English abstract 37 cases in each group，were treated with articular cavity closed and clean up after treatment methods under arthroscopy，objective compared the therapeutic effect of two groups patients.Results After treatment，the observation group lysholm knee score higher degree is superior to that in the control group（28.32±2.06）points lysholm knee score higher degree is（15.58±0.96）points，12 cases and knee no swelling degree more than the control group，data comparison exists differences between groups，P＜0.05.Conclusion Joints under arthroscopy cleaning technique in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effect is precise，can effectively relieve the degree of swelling in the knee joint and knee joint function.

膝关节骨性关节炎是一种进展性、无菌性、慢性炎症，该病多因关节软骨的退行性所致，患者在发病后，多表现为膝关节反复发作疼痛，对患者的日常生活造成严重的影响［1］。因此寻找有效的治疗方法尤为重要。现阶段，治疗骨关节炎的重要目的在于缓解患者的疼痛。随着中国医疗技术的完善，临床治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的方法也越来越多［2］。关节镜能提高医师的视野，在手术治疗过程中能有效将散乱松散的软骨和破损的软骨切除干净［3］。……
