摘 要 随着经济和科技的共同发展，航空已经成为人们出行的重要工具。民航教育能够让更多的人才加入到航空事业的建设中，而民航高校又作为民航教育的主阵地和主力军，其作用毋庸置疑。在民航类高校开设大学生创新创业指导课程之前，必须了解当前民航事业的发展背景。本文立足民航院校，从高校开展创新创业教育现状入手，分析民航院校开设创新创业指导课程的必要性，并提出相关建议。

On the Necessity of Opening up "College Students' Innovation and

Entrepreneurship Guidance Course" in Aviation Universities

Abstract Together with the development of economy and technology， aviation has become an important tool for people to travel. Civil aviation education can let more people to join the construction of the aviation industry， but also as the main position of civil aviation colleges and universities education and the main force， its role is beyond doubt. Before the opening of the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship guidance courses in Civil Aviation College， must understand the background of the development of civil aviation. Based on the Civil Aviation College， from the University of the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education， analyzes the necessity of Civil Aviation College Innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum， and proposes relevant suggestions.

经济全球化的今天，中国经济已步入新常态阶段，改革與创新将成为其发展的主要动力。民航经济作为中国经济的强有力增长点，在经济新常态下，正在退却虚热，更趋健康、理性发展。虽然我国的民航运输业是一个资金、风险、技术密集型的国际行业，但成本过高，运力过剩，技术落后及竞争力不强等问题仍然存在，仍需要强有力的科技和人才支持。民航高校作为民航科技研发和人才培养的主阵地，应顺应发展趋势，积极开展创新创业教育，为行业培养更多具有创新意识的复合型人才。此外，素质教育对学生的综合素质、创新意识提出了更高要求，“大学生创新创业指导课程”带有很强的应用性，其包含着多种学科精华和实践经验，是现代化素质教育的重要组成部分，是实现创新型、复合型人才培养的最佳途径。
