摘 要 近年来，随着国家对住院医师规范化培训的逐渐重视，越来越多的医学生在经历本科、硕士或博士的不同学习阶段毕业后，通过双向选择进入医院接受规范化培训。小儿外科属于外科学和儿科学的交叉学科，和其他专业相比有着更多的自身特点，对于如何提高规培医师临床创新能力有着重要的意义。本文拟通过对近年来报考我院住院医师，进行规范化培训中的经验及问题进行总结和归纳，拟提高本专业规培医师的临床培养质量。

How to Improve the Training Quality of the Resident in Pediatric Surgery

Abstract In recent years， with increasing emphasis on countries of the resident standardization training， more and more medical students in different stages of bachelor， master or Ph. D study after graduation， the two-way choice to enter the hospital accepted standardized training. Pediatric surgery belongs to surgery and pediatrics and other professional disciplines， compared with more of its own characteristics， is of great significance for how to improve the innovation ability of clinical training. This paper intends to apply for residency in our hospital in recent years， experience and problems in standardized training were summarized， to improve the quality of training of the professional training of clinical doctors.

近年來，随着国家对住院医师规范化培训的逐渐重视，越来越多的医学生在经历本科、硕士或博士的不同学习阶段毕业后，通过双向选择进入医院接受规范化培训，为成为一名合格的临床医师奠定坚实基础。住院医师规范化培训阶段是从学生到社会的转变，也是从医学生向临床医师转变的过渡阶段。小儿外科属于外科学和儿科学的交叉学科，小儿外科医师的培养和其他学科相比具有其自身特点，既需要培养住院医师的手术操作能力，有需要具有小儿内科医师的临床诊疗思维。因此在规范化培训阶段更加具有挑战和困难。本文拟通过对近年来报考我院小儿外科住院医师，进行规范化培训中的经验及问题进行总结和归纳，拟提高本专业规培医师的临床培养质量。
