摘 要 高职学院的外聘教师作为高职院校的重要师资力量，在弥补高等教育师资力量匮乏，改善师资力量的结构，提高教学水平方面具有重要作用。从建立高职学院外聘教师的长效监督机制、加强外聘教师的岗位培训、建立激励机制和监督机制等角度出发，分析了高职学院外聘教师分类管理的改进措施。通过加强对高职学院外聘教师的队伍管理，提升高职学院的教学水平。

Abstract The external teachers in higher vocational colleges are the important teachers in higher vocational colleges， which make up for the lack of the power of higher education teachers， improve the structure of teachers' power and improve the teaching level. Establishment of incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism， the improvement measures of the foreign teachers in vocational colleges are analyzed. By strengthening the management of the external teachers of vocational colleges， the teaching level of higher vocational colleges is promoted.

0 引言

隨着高等教育的大众化发展，高职学院不断增多和扩大，高职学院的招生规模逐年提高，在改革开放不断深入和教育事业不断发展的今天，高职学院的办学规模不断扩大，与之而来的矛盾就是高职学院的师资力量不足，教育资源不充分等问题逐渐突出。在高职学院的师资力量补充和建设中发挥着重要的作用。百年大计，教育为本，而发展教育事业的根本在于教师的管理，对高职学院的外聘教师的管理一直是高职学院教师管理的难点，研究高职学院外聘教师的分类优化管理方法，结合高职学院外聘教师的学科分类和其它相关属性的分类，系统分析高职学院外聘教师的管理现状和存在难题，并给出了高职学院外聘教师管理的改进措施和建议。对高职院校中外聘教师的管理提出了自己的思考和建议，以期提高高职学院的师资管理水平和教学水平，为促进高职学院的教育发展提供指导性建议。……
