好孕课堂改善IVF助孕患者情绪状态及患者满意度

目的：探讨开展好孕课堂对改善体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）助孕患者情绪状态、患者满意度及其妊娠结局的作用。方法：随机选择2014年12月—2015年12月在河南省人民医院生殖中心接受IVF助孕治疗并参加好孕课堂的新鲜周期移植患者512例，根据参加好孕课堂次数将其分为3组，A组患者共68例（参加好孕课堂次数为0次）；B组患者共260例（参加好孕课堂次数≤4次），C组患者共184例（8次好孕课堂全部参加）。比较3组患者焦虑与抑郁情绪状态、患者满意度及妊娠结局。结果：3组患者焦虑及抑郁状态评分C组＜B组＜A组（P＜0.05），而患者满意度B组与C组均显著高于A组（P＜0.001），3组生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率及早期流产率间比较差异无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）。结论：开展好孕课堂可显著改善IVF助孕患者的情绪状态，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the salutary effect of the reproductivemedical lessons on emotional state and satisfaction degree of patients undergoing IVF treatment.Methods:A total of 512 patientswho underwent IVF treatment and joined the reproductive medical lessons were retrospectively analyzed from Dec.2014 to Dec. 2015 in our center.Patients were divided into three groups according to the times for attending the lessons. Patients in the group A（68 patients）attend for 0 times，patients in the group B（260 patients）attend for less than or equal to 4 times，while patients in the group C（184 patients）attend for 8 times.The emotional state，satisfaction degree and pregnancy outcomes were compared.Results:The score of anxiety and depression is highest in the group A and lowest in the group C（P＜0.05），while the satisfaction degree in the group B or C is higher than that in the group A（P＜0.001）.There was no difference in the biochemical pregnancy rate，clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate among the three groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusions:The reproductivemedical lessons can significantly improve the emotional state and satisfaction degree of patients undergoing IVF treatment. It is benefit to extend the reproductivemedical lessons in ART centers.

近年随着生活压力的增大、生活环境的恶化，不孕症发病率有逐年上升的趋势［1］，使患者承受来自家庭及社会的多重压力。同时，体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）技术作为一种有效的助孕手段，因其费用高、周期长、尚未被大众所熟知及接受等原因，也在一定程度上使接受IVF助孕患者心理压力增大，焦虑及抑郁情绪增加［2-3］。对此，河南省人民医院生殖医学中心（本中心）尝试定期开展好孕课堂，为患者讲解不孕症的相关知识，并探索其对患者焦虑及抑郁情绪状态、满意度以及妊娠结局方面的作用。……
