摘 要：通过近几年莱芜市园林绿化工程建设的经验与思考，提出建设城市园林绿化精品工程，首先要提高思想认识，时刻坚持精品意识，重视前期方案审查论证，加强工程施工全过程质量监督检查，保证后期养护管理科学到位，让每一份好的设计方案真正展现在市民面前。其次要紧跟时代步伐，树立创新意识，并且要根据城市特色，因地制宜，形成富有自己城市园林文化内涵和特色的现代园林景观.

City Garden Greening Quality Engineering ： practice and Reflections

—— take Laiwu city landscape engineering construction as an example

Abstract： in recent years， Laiwu City Landscaping project construction experience and thinking， put forward the construction of city landscape greening works， first of all to improve the awareness of thinking， always adhere to the quality consciousness， pay attention to the preliminary plan review， strengthen the entire process of construction quality supervision and inspection， to ensure the maintenance of Management Science in place， let every one good real design show in front of people. Secondly to keep up with the pace of the times， establish innovation consciousness， and according to the characteristics of a city， suit one's measures to local conditions， formation of own city garden cultural implication and characteristics of the modern garden landscape.

随着我国经济的不断发展和人民大众对城市绿地环境要求的提高，国家对园林事业愈加重视并加大了投资力度，各地市城市园林绿化建设在近几年得到了飞速发展和提升，并涌现出了一大批精品园林工程。作为山东省最年轻的城市莱芜市，虽然园林起步较晚，但积极步入园林事业快速发展的步阀，创新思路，并于2007年创建了“国家园林城市”。莱芜地处鲁中山区腹地，气候属于暖温带半湿润季风气候，冬季寒冷干燥，夏季炎热多雨，年平均气温13.0℃，年极端最高气温38.3℃，极端最低气温-19.3℃，市区以丘陵为主，土壤多为红板岩，城市经济发展相对较慢，城市园林规划用地紧张。针对这些客观条件，未来我市园林发展必须以建设精品园林工程为突破点，园林工程的任何项目都要进行充分论证，并要求做精做细，确保工程质量，杜绝盲建、重建和资金的浪费，进一步提升我市的园林绿化水平。……
