贵州省2012年部分基本药物短缺情况*

目的： 分析2012年贵州省部分基本药物短缺现状及原因。方法： 收集2012年贵州省5所省、市级三甲医院及安顺市、遵义市、毕节市辖区医院及贵阳市其他医院的基本药物短缺资料，分别统计化学药品、生物制品、中成药短缺的品种、剂型，记录前10位短缺基本药物品名称、剂型、规格及频次，并分析部分药物短缺的原因。结果： 化学药品和生物制品短缺品种数为130种，短缺剂型为163个，其中抗微生物药品种和剂型短缺最多，分别占22.31%和24.54%；中成药短缺品种数为23种，短缺剂型数为31个，主要以内科用药短缺最多；在所有短缺药品中，阿托品短缺最为严重，共23频次，其次为硝酸甘油、呋塞米；在基本药物短缺原因中，药品利润低、药厂不生产，配送商无货所占比例最高(60.82%)。结论： 贵州省部分基本药物存在较严重的短缺现象，应引起重视。

[Abstract]Objective: To analyze the present situation and the reasons of the shortage about some of essential drugs. Methods: The information about the shortage of essential drugs was collected in 5 tertiary A hospitals, the municipal district hospitals of Anshun, Zhunyi, Bijie and the other hospitals of Guiyang in 2012. The shortage of varieties and dosage form of chemicals, biological products, and traditional Chinese medicines were statistically counted, the top 10 shortage of basic medicine names, dosage form, specifications and frequency were recorded, and the reasons for the shortage of drugs were analyzed. Results: 130 kinds of chemical medicines and biological products were short, involving a total of 163 dosage forms. Among them, the most shortage of the varieties and dosage forms was antimicrobial agents, accounting for 22.31% and 24.54% respectively. There were 23 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were short, including 31 dosage forms, and internal medicine had the highest proportion. In all of the shortage drugs atropine was the most seriously short with a total of 23 frequencies followed by nitroglycerin and furosemide. The low profit of drugs led to the fact that manufacturers were not unwilling to produce these essential drugs and distribution business were unwillin.Conclusions: There is a serious shortage of some essential drugs in Guizhou Province, which should be paid attention to.
