小剂量醒脑静注射液在中重型颅脑损伤患者治疗中的作用*

目的 观察小剂量醒脑静注射液治疗中重型颅脑损伤患者的临床效果。方法 采用单盲随机对照试验设计，将120例患者按随机数字表法分为两组，各60例。对照组给予常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用醒脑静注射液10 mL入液静滴，每日1次；通过对患者格拉斯哥昏迷指标（GCS）评分、手术患者颅内压测值、并发症的发生（肺部感染、消化道出血、癫痫）进行观察、比较。结果 治疗组在提高GCS评分、降低颅内压、降低肺部感染发生率、消化道出血发生率等方面优于对照组（P＜0.05）。在降低癫痫发生率方面，与对照组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 在中重型颅脑损伤患者的治疗中，通过使用小剂量醒脑静注射液，能够达到提高GCS评分、降低颅内压、降低肺部感染和消化道出血发生率的作用，并可降低治疗费用，改善预后，降低死亡率。

【Abstract】Objective：To observe curative effect of low-dose Xingnaojing injection on severe craniocerebral injury patients.Methods：single blind randomized controlled trial design was used.120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups，60 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment.The treatment group was added intravenous drip of 10 mL Xingnaojing injection，once per day.GCS scores，intracranial pressure，the occurrence of complications（pulmonary infection，hemorrhage of digestive tract，epilepsy）were observed and compared.Results：The treatment group was better than the control group in improving GCS scores，reducing intracranial pressure and the incidence of pulmonary infection and hemorrhage of digestive tract（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in reducing the incidence of epilepsy（P＞0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of patients with moderate or severe craniocerebral injury，the use of low-dose Xingnaojing injection（10 mL）can improve GCS scores，and reduce intracranial pressure and the incidence of pulmonary infection and hemorrhage of digestive tract，and it also can reduce the cost of treatment，improve prognosis and reduce mortality.

脑损伤的发生率高，严重危害人类健康，非手术治疗脑损伤也是一类行之有效的治疗方法［1-2］，醒脑静注射液的使用逐渐得到了关注［3-4］。醒脑静注射液是通过现代中药工程技术而提取制备的注射液药物，在临床上使用具有良好的效果，还未见到其在严重颅脑损伤中作为促醒剂的应用研究。本院应用醒脑静注射液治疗颅脑损伤，取得了较好疗效。……
