舒血宁注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死对血管内皮细胞功能的影响*

目的 观察舒血宁注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死对血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法 将98例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各49例，均给予内科基础治疗，对照组予依达拉奉注射液入液静滴治疗，观察组予舒血宁注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗，两组都治疗观察1个月。结果 治疗后观察组的总有效率为97.96%，优于对照组的79.59%（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的血清白介素-6（IL-6）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）值与治疗前比较均明显降低（均P＜0.05），且观察组血清IL-6和TNF-α值低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。治疗后两组的加压后肱动脉内径扩张率均高于治疗前（均P＜0.05），且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前后的静息状态肱动脉内径差别不大（均P＞0.05）。两组治疗后生存质量评分均优于治疗前（均P＜0.05），且观察组优于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论 舒血宁注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死能有效改善血管内皮细胞功能，抑制炎症因子的表达，对脑组织有保护作用，从而提高疗效，改善患者的预后生存质量。

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of Shuxuening injection combined with edaravone on vascular endothelial function in acute cerebral infarction.Methods：98 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table，49 cases in each.Two groups were given basical medical treatment.The control group received edaravone injection，while the observation group took Shuxuening injection combined with edaravone，both treated and observed for 1 month.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%，significantly higher than that of the control group 79.59%（P＜0.05）.After treatment，the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α significantly decreased（P＜0.05），and the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P＜0.05）.After treatment，the expansion rate of brachial artery internal diameter under pressure in both groups was higher than that before treatment（P＜0.05），and the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P＜0.05）.Resting state brachial artery diameter had little difference before and after treatment（P＞0.05）.The quality of life of both groups after treatment was better than that before treatment（P＜0.05），and the observation group was better than that of the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：Shuxuening injection combined with edaravone on acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve vascular endothelial function，and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors，with protective effects on brain tissue，so as to improve the therapeutic efficacy，and survival quality of the patient′s prognosis.
