西尼地平和拉西地平对原发性高血压患者交感神经系统活性的影响

目的 探讨分析西尼地平和拉西地平对原发性高血压患者交感神经系统活性的影响。方法 2011年1月至2014年6月我院共收集50例轻中度原发性高血压患者，根据治疗方法的不同将患者随机分入西尼地平组（n=25，10 mg/d）和拉西地平组（n=25，5 mg/d），治疗8周后，比较二组治疗前后握力试验结果，同时比较分析其静息血压和心率变化特点。结果 用药8周后，西尼地平组和拉西地平组分别与其相应组别用药前收缩压和舒张压均显著降低（P＜0.05）；服药前两组握力试验血压和心率增加幅度基本一致，但在用药后握力试验西尼地平组心率增幅明显低于拉西地平组（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 原发性高血压患者服用西尼地平不仅可降低静息时血压，同时还可以避免患者负荷状态下交感神经系统的激活，值得临床应用推广。

［Abstracts］ Objective To investigate Influence Cilnidipine and Lacidipine to sympathetic nervous system activity in patients with primary hypertension. Methods 50 cases of mild to moderate hypertensive patients from January 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital were collected， depending on the treatment of the patients were random ly divided Cilnidipine group （n=25， 10 mg/d） and lacidipine group （n=25， 5 mg/d）， after treatment 8 weeks ， two groups before and after treatment grip strength test results， and comparative analysis of their resting blood pressure and heart rate characteristics. Results After treatment of 8 weeks cilnidipine group and lacidipine group respectively before treatment systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower （P＜0.05）； grip strength test before taking two blood pressure and increased heart rate are basically the same magnitude， but after treatment grip strength test cilnidipine increase in heart rate was significantly lower than lacidipine group （P＜0.05）， a statistically significant difference. Conclusion Primary hypertension patients taking cilnidipine not only reduces resting blood pressure，while avoiding load condition is activated by the sympathetic nervous system of the patient， is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

近些年来关于交感神经的研究受到了众多学者的关注，其可与临床中常见的多种疾病产生关联，高血压则为其中之一，交感神经活性的增加可使患者血压升高，同时维持在较高水平且常用的降压药物不易控制，因此有专家建议，可将本病划分为心血管疾病的危险因素［1］。西尼地平与拉西地平是临床中近年来应用较多的降压药，二者药用机制均为阻滞血管平滑肌的L型Ca2+通道，调节了血管平滑肌扩张，最终起到降压作用。……
