摘 要：“农超对接”农产品供应链运作模式是超市和农户从供应链管理视角出发，超市直接从农户采购农产品，通过冷链物流配送中心将产品送到各超市门店进行销售，可以让农户、超市、消费者多方受益的一种新型农产品流通模式。“农超对接”作为一种多方共赢的发展模式，受到各方的追捧，在我国兴起了一阵发展浪潮，然而它在我国实践的时间较短，发展中必然会存在诸多问题。文章通过总结“农超对接”模式发展中出现的主要问题，进行简单分析，并提出相应对策，促进它更好的发展。

Abstract：“Agriculture super docking”agricultural product supply chain operation mode is the supermarket and farmers from the perspective of supply chain management of supermarket direct from farmers to buy agricultural products， through the cold chain logistics distribution center will products sent to the supermarket store sales， multi benefit to farmers， supermarkets and consumers a new agricultural products circulation pattern.“Agriculture super docking”as a model for a win-win development， sought after by the parties， in China rise a wave of development， however it in China's practice time is shout， the development will， there exist a lot of problems. This paper summarizes the main problems in the development of“agricultural super codking”mode， makes a simple analysis， and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote its better development.

0 引 言

我国农业传统思想严重，重生产、轻流通，农业发展的瓶颈由生产领域转移到流通领域。农产品流通事关农业发展、农民增收以及农产品质量安全。近年来，农产品流通问题（表现在农民丰收的农产品烂在地里、农产品质量问题等）层出不穷，严重阻碍了农民收入的增加，减缓了农业产业化、现代化发展的进程。党中央、国务院为了解决农产品流通问题，于2008年12月11日联合下发了《关于开展农超对接试点工作的通知》，积极推进“农超对接”工作。

“农超对接”最本质的意义是，将现代流通方式引入农村，将千家万户的小农生产与千变万化的大市场对接起来，构建市场经济条件下的产销一体化链条，实现商家、农民、消费者多方共赢。然而实际运作的效果却是不尽人意，虽然农超对……
