摘 要：航空物流业作为南昌临空经济区规划发展的两大核心产业之一，是带动区域经济发展的关键，面对处于发展初期的南昌临空经济区，能否充分了解内外部发展环境，从而制定合适的航空物流发展战略成为了亟待解决的问题。为达到定性与定量相结合的分析目标，运用SWOT以及AHP分析法建立综合评价模型，深入剖析了南昌临空经济区发展航空物流的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁，得出最优发展战略为ST战略，并提出相应的战略路径。

Abstract： As one of the core industries for the planning and development of Nanchang airport economic zone， air logistics is the key to driving regional economic development. Facing Nanchang airport economic zone being in the primary stage of development， it has become a problem demanding prompt solution that whether being able to know inner and outside developing environment sufficiently and making proper air logistics development strategy. To reach the analyzing goal of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis， the author used SWOT and AHP analytical approach to establish comprehensive evaluation mode， deeply analyzed the advantages， disadvantages， opportunities and threats of developing air logistics in Nanchang airport economic zone， and then made the conclusion that the optimal developing strategy is ST strategy， and put up corresponding strategic path.

随着全球一体化的不断深入，世界经济格局不断变化，全球经济复苏依旧任重道远。在这样的经济形式下，我国民航物流运输业迎难而上，主要运输指标继续保持平稳增长，稳居全球第二大民用航空市场，其中的航空物流业凭借着自身优势，逐渐成为物流业的重要组成部分。发展航空物流业是南昌临空经济区打造成为区域性物流集散分拨中心以及国际货物集散中心的重中之重，而如何使得处于起步阶段的南昌临空经济区在“内忧外患”的情况下保证航空物流业的稳定发展成为了亟待解决的关键问题。

1 航空物流业的内涵

航空物流到目前为止没有一个较为确定的定义，有的学者将航空货运与航空物流的概念进行混淆，认为航空货运体系与航空物流体系相同，而对于航空物流与航空货运之间的本质区别界定的研究较为欠缺[1]。……
