中药联合人工泪液治疗水液缺乏性干眼临床观察

目的观察养阴清肺汤合生脉散联合人工泪液治疗水液缺乏性（肺阴亏虚型）干眼的临床疗效。 方法将60例中医辨证为肺阴亏虚型的水液缺乏性干眼患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予人工泪液玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上再口服养阴清肺汤合生脉散加减方治疗。研究时间从2015年1～12月。治疗1个月，对比治疗前后患者的泪液分泌试验（SⅠt）、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、角膜荧光素钠染色（CFS）及治疗有效率情况。结果治疗1个月，两组患者SⅠt、BUT、CFS均有改善，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组各指标变化优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组总有效率为93.3%，对照组总有效率为70.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论养阴清肺汤合生脉散联合人工泪液治疗水液缺乏性干眼疗效显著，能明显改善患者的主观症状、促进泪液分泌、稳定泪膜。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei decoction with Shengmaisan and artificial tears on aqueous tear deficiency dry eye（lung Yin deficiency type）.M ethods The 60 patientswith aqueous tear deficiency dry eye，whose TCM syndrome differentiation was lung Yin deficiency type，were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The treatment group was treated with modified Yangyin Qingfei decoction with Shengmaisan，and sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The research timewas from January to December of 2015.The observation indexes of SchirmerⅠtest，tear film break up time，corneal fluorescein staining and effective rate were compared before therapy and at post-treatment 1 month.Results At posttreatment 1month，the SⅠt，BUT，CFS of both groupswere improved.The difference between beofre therapy and after therapy was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The changes of observation indexes in treatment group were better than that of control group（P＜0.05）.The total effective rate was 93.3%in treatment group and 70.0%in control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei decoction with Shengmaisan and artificial tears on aqueous tear deficiency dry eye is significant.This therapy can obviously improve patient's subjective symptoms，promote the secretion of tears，and stabilize tear film.
