降压治疗对老年高血压合并脑梗死患者心率变异性影响的临床效果

目的探讨对老年高血压合并脑梗死患者采取不同程度的降压治疗后，其心率变异性的变化状况。 方法选择2014年1月～2015年2月期间在我院进行治疗的72例老年高血压患者为研究对象，将其分为观察组和对照组，其中对照组36例均为老年原发性高血压患者，观察组36例均为老年高血压合并脑梗死患者，测定两组行降压治疗前后的心率变异性参数变化。结果 观察组首次降压后平均动脉压下降12.5%，2次降压后下降23.1%，达到预设标准；对照组首次降压后平均动脉压下降12.7%，2次降压后下降22.7%，达到预设标准；两组降压前后血压差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过合理的降压治疗，可不同程度地提高老年高血压合并脑梗死患者的心率变异性参数值，改善患者的自主神经功能，值得推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the variability of heart rate after antihypertensive therapy of different degree of patients with elderly hypertension combined with cerebral infarction.M ethods 72 patients with elderly hypertension who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group with 36 patientswith primary elderly hypertension in the control group and 36 patientswith elderly hypertension combined with cerebral infarction in the observation group.The changes of parameters of heart rate variability before and after the antihypertensive therapy of the patients from both groups were detected. Results 12.5%decline of the mean arterial pressure was presented after the first antihypertensive therapy of the patients from the observation group and 23.1%decline was presented after the antihypertensive therapy for the second time and the presuppose standard was reached；12.7%decline of the mean arterial pressure was presented after the first antihypertensive therapy of the patients from the observation group and 22.7%decline was presented after the antihypertensive therapy for the second time and the presuppose standard was reached；statistical significance was presented in the differences of the blood pressure before and after the antihypertensive therapy of the patients from both groups（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Reasonable antihypertensive therapy can increase the parameters of heart rate variability of patients with elderly hypertension combined with cerebral infarction and improve the patients'autonomic nervous function，which deserves clinical recommendation.
