阴道超声对子宫内膜息肉的临床诊断价值

目的 分析阴道超声在子宫内膜息肉诊断中的临床使用价值。方法 随机选取该医院2013年1月——2015年12月收治的188例子宫内膜息肉患者作为探讨对象，根据其临床资料进行总结。该组188例患者分别接受腹部超声诊断和阴道超声诊断，以病理检验结果为金标准，对2种诊断方法的临床价值进行详细分析。结果 阴道超声临床诊断符合率为97.34%，腹部超声临床诊断符合率为85.64%，χ2值检验表明，2组患者临床诊断符合率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 阴道超声诊断子宫内膜疾病，能够准确判断患者病灶情况，正确区分息肉与肌瘤及内膜增厚表现，诊断符合率较高，可减少误诊和漏诊现象。与腹部超声诊断方式比较，阴道超声诊断子宫内膜疾病，更具使用价值，值得临床推广。

［Abstract］Objective Analysis of vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps clinical use value.Methods Randomly selected from the hospital in January 2013—December 2015 188 cases with intrauterine membrane polyp as study object，according to summarize the clinical data.This group of 188 patients respectively underwent abdominal ultrasound diagnosis and vaginal ultrasound diagnosis，pathological inspection results as the gold standard，the clinical value of two diagnostic methods for detailed analysis.Results Vaginal ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 97.34%，abdominal ultrasound clinical diagnostic coincidence rate was 85.64%，χ2test showed that the two groups patients clinical diagnosis coincidence rate comparison，has significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Vaginal ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial disease，can accurate judgment in patients with lesions，distinguish between thickening performance and myoma and endometrial polyp，diagnosis coincidence rate is higher，can reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Compared with abdominal ultrasound diagnosis way，vaginal ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial disease，more use value，worthy of clinical promotion.

子宫内膜息肉属于妇科临床诊疗工作中的常见疾病，也是子宫内膜疾病中比较多发的病症表现。患者出现子宫内膜息肉后，可造成子宫内膜纤维间质与内膜腺体之间发生局限性增生表现，从而形成带蒂样病变。阴道超声及腹部超声诊断是子宫内膜疾病诊断的主要方法，该研究主要目的在于探讨阴道超声在子宫内膜息肉诊断中的临床使用价值，为此回顾性分析该医院2013年1月—2015年12月收治的188例子宫内膜息肉患者的临床资料，对患者分别行腹部超声及阴道超声诊断，现报道如下。……
