血脂检验对糖尿病的临床价值研究

目的 研究血脂检验对糖尿病的临床价值。方法 随机选择该院2014年1月—2015年12月该院收治的28例糖尿病患者设定为观察组，再随机选择同期接受体检的28例健康者设定为对照组，两组均取血样与生化试验，比较两组总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）等血脂指标情况。结果 观察组总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）等血脂指标比对照组高，观察组高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）比对照组低，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 糖尿病患者血脂指标与健康者对比明显出现异常，所以，临床对糖尿病患者血脂要加强检验，及早确诊疾病进展情况，为患者糖尿病临床预防和治疗提供重要的参考依据。

［Abstract］Objective To study the clinical value of lipid test of diabetes.Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital 28 patients with diabetes is set to observe the group,and then randomly selected earlier medical examination of 28 healthy controls were set,both groups take blood and biochemical tests were compared total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein（LDL-C）and other lipid indicators.Results The total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein（LDL-C）and other serum lipids than the control group,the observation group of high-density lipoprotein（HDL-C）lower than the control group,Compare the two groups were significantly different（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Patients with healthy blood lipid fat standard diabetes contrasting abnormal,so clinical blood lipids in diabetic patients to strengthen the inspection,early diagnosis of disease progression, providing an important reference for the prevention and treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus.

糖尿病患者血脂异常，常见并发症为动脉粥样硬化，患者高血糖状态还会引起甘油三酯浓度过高，引起血脂异常，使血脂指标紊乱，加重糖尿病患者的病情，容易引起大血管、微血管等病变，威胁患者生命安全［1］。所以，糖尿病患者一定要加强对血脂各项指标的检验，可以有效预防和治疗疾病，具有重要的临床价值［2］。该次研究中，随机选择该院2014年1月—2015年12月该院收治的28例糖尿病患者设定为观察组，经过血脂检验，现报道如下。
