2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征危险因素对心电图异常影响分析

目的 分析2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征危险因素对心电图异常影响。方法 回顾性分析2013年12月—2015 年12月在该院内分泌科治疗的1 630例2型糖尿病患者的临床病例资料，总结2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征危险因素对心电图异常影响。结果1 630例患者中共有960例患者符合代谢综合征的诊断，其中心电图异常患者364例，比例为37.92%；年龄、血压以及UAE等指标异常患者其心电图异常率具有明显差异（P＜0.05），而BMI和血脂异常患者其心电图异常率无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论2型糖尿病并发代谢综合征患者心电图异常与其年龄、血压增加以及UAE异常有关。

［Abstract］Objective Type 2 diabetic patients with metabolic syndrome risk factors on abnormal electrocardiogram.Methods Retrospective analysis of December 2013-December 2015 in our hospital endocrine therapy 1 630 patients with type 2 diabetes clinical data,summarize the risk factors of type 2 diabetic patients with metabolic syndrome Effect of ECG abnormalities.Results A total of 1 630 cases of patients with 960 cases of patients met the diagnosis of metabolic syndrome, including 364 cases of patients with abnormal electrocardiogram,a ratio of 37.92%；age,blood pressure and other indicators of UAE in patients with abnormal electrocardiogram abnormal rate has significant difference（P＜0.05）,and BMI and dyslipidemia in patients with ECG abnormalities was no significant difference（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with metabolic syndrome ECG abnormalities their age,blood pressure increases and UAE abnormalities.

代谢综合征（MS）指的是人体中同时存在多种代谢异常的一种现象，如腹部或全身肥胖、血脂异常、高血压、糖尿病/糖调节受损、高尿酸血症以及尿蛋白排泄（UAE）等，上述因素均为心脑血管类疾病的诱发因素［1］。所以，对于2型糖尿病并发代谢综合征患者来说极易出现心电图异常。该文回顾性分析2013年12月—2015年12月在该院内分泌科治疗的1 630例2型糖尿病患者的临床病例资料，总结2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征危险因素对心电图异常影响，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取在该院内分泌科治疗的1 630例2型糖尿病患者进行探讨，1 630例患者中女性患者770例，男性患者860例，年龄范围为25～85岁，平均年龄为（53.9± 11.53）岁，糖尿病并发病时长为（45.59±50.94）个月。……
