瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗中青年2型糖尿病疗效观察

目的 分析比较瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍在中青年2型糖尿病中的治疗疗效。方法 选取2014年8月—2015年3月该院收治符合中青年2型糖尿病诊断标准的男性患者70例，将所有患者随机分为两组，均35例，给予对照组二甲双胍治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予瑞格列奈治疗，分析比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、餐后2 h胰岛素水平及糖化血红蛋白均优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后不良反应率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗中青年2型糖尿病疗效显著，可有效改善患者胰岛素的抵抗能力，控制血糖水平，在临床应用中值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the curative effect comparison of repaglinide combined with metformin in type 2 diabetes in youth in 70 male patients.Methods From August 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were consistent with the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes in youth patients,all patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases of control group were given metformin treatment,observation group in the control group given repaglinide treatment,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Result The observation group after treatment,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,2 h postprandial insulin and glycated hemoglobin was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）；to observe the adverse reaction rate was lower than the control group after treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Repaglinide combined with metformin in the treatment of youth in patients with type 2 diabetes significantly,can effectively improve the patients with islet resistance Force,control the blood glucose level, worthy of promotion in clinical application.

随着社会的发展，人们生活水平的提高及饮食结构的改变，越来越多的人喜欢食用高热量、高糖、高蛋白、高胆固醇食物，加之缺乏体育运动锻炼，长期易造成体重的增加，形成肥胖体质［1］，因此造成人体内胰岛素分泌能力降低，对胰岛素敏感度也会降低，进而导致胰岛素分泌异常和2型糖尿病的发生。2型糖尿病临床表现多为口渴、乏力，严重者会出现血管并发症，危及患者的生命［2］。该研究分析瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍对治疗中青年2型糖尿病在临床应用中的疗效，现报道如下。……
