氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂根管治疗糖尿病合并根尖周炎患者的疗效分析

目的 探析氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂根管治疗糖尿病合并根尖周炎患者的临床疗效。方法 选取该院2013年3月—2014年3月收治的50例糖尿病合并根尖周炎患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组患者采取根管填充糊剂进行根管填充，观察组患者采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂行根管填充。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%，对照组患者为64.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 糖尿病合并根尖周炎患者的根管治疗中，采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂填充疗效显著。

［Abstract］Objective To analysis the calcium hydroxide iodoform paste root canal treatment the clinical curative effect of diabetes patients with periarthritis merge the apex.Methods From March 2013 to March 2013 were 50 cases of diabetic patients with periarthritis of root,its were randomly divided into two groups,control group patients take root canal filling paste for root canal filling,observation group were treated by root canal filling calcium hydroxide iodoform paste.Results The observation group of patients treatment the total effective rate was 96.00%,control group patients was 64.00%（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The diabetic patients with periarthritis of root tips of root canal treatment,using calcium hydroxide iodoform paste fill the curative effect is distinct.

根尖周炎是由于各种原因所致的牙齿根尖周组织出现急性或慢性炎症，该疾病可发展成为牙髓炎，当牙髓组织有细菌生长繁殖时，可对根尖组织造成感染，糖尿病患者可合并根尖周炎，同时也可加重患者病情［1］。根管治疗是根尖周炎患者的主要治疗方法，其中最常用的是采用根管填充糊剂进行根管填充，近年来通过研究发现，采取氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂填充行根管治疗，能够取得较好的疗效［2］。该文为验证这一治疗方法的有效性，选取该院2013年3月—2014年3月50例糖尿病合并根尖周炎患者进行治疗，并与采用常规根管填充糊剂治疗进行对比，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取该院50例糖尿病合并根尖周炎患者进行研究，选取时间为2013年3月—2014年3月，所有患者均患有糖尿病，且均符合糖尿病诊断标准，所有患者患牙均为有窦型慢性根尖周炎。……
