阶段性教学法在肿瘤科患者PICC健康教育中的应用研究

目的观察阶段性教学在PICC健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取该院肿瘤科2013年1月—2015年9月的204例初次行PICC的住院患者，实验组102例，对照组102例，实验组护士采用阶段性教学对患者及家属进行健康教育；对照组护士采用传统的PICC护理教育方式。结果两组PICC并发症发生率、护理满意度、PICC相关知识达标率的对比差异有统计学意义。结论将阶段性教学法应用于PICC护理教育能降低并发症发生率，提升护理满意度和PICC相关知识达标率。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the application effect of stage teaching method in PICC health education for patients in the department of oncology.Methods 204 cases of inpatients with first PICC in the department of oncology of our hospital from January 2013 to September 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 102 cases in each，the nurses in the experimental group adopted stage teaching method of health education for patients and their family，the nurses in the control group adopted traditional PICC nursing educational method.Results The comparison in the incidence rate of complications，nursing satisfactory degree and standard-reaching rate of PICC relevant knowledge had statistical significance.Conclusion The application of stage teaching method in PICC nursing education can reduce the incidence rate of complications，improve nursing satisfactory degree and standard-reaching rate of PICC relevant knowledge.

PICC（外周置入中心静脉导管）是指从外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉的导管［1］。PICC维护贯穿于导管体内留置期始终。多数研究［2-3］指出全程、有计划的PICC健康教育对于延长PICC留置时间、降低并发症、提高患者护理满意度有非常重要的意义。该院肿瘤室于2013年将阶段性教学法［4］应用于PICC健康教育中，取得了良好的效果，报道如下。
