齐齐哈尔市社区卫生服务机构知晓与利用情况调查研究

目的 了解居民对社区卫生服务机构的知晓与利用现状，发现基层社区卫生服务利用情况及存在的问题，为促进齐齐哈尔市社区卫生服务的发展及完善齐齐哈尔市社区卫生服务体系建设提供依据。方法 采用出口拦截调查的方法，对建华区、铁锋区、龙沙区3个区的居民进行社区卫生服务机构知晓与利用情况的问卷调查。结果 参与调查的402名居民中，结果显示年龄差异具有统计学意义，不同年龄对社区卫生服务中心认识不同（χ2=12.0253 P=0.0172＜0.05），中年、老年对社区卫生服务认识较好。性别、文化程度、月收入、医保类型等差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）结论齐齐哈尔市居民对该市社区卫生服务机构的知晓率和社区功能的利用率均比较低。因该市社区卫生服务人群具有多样性，须分层、有针对性地进行疾病的防治，更应加大社区服务机构的宣传力度、提高该市居民对服务机构的知晓率及利用率。

［Abstract］Objective To know the residents'awareness and utilization of community health service organizations，discover the utilization and existing issues of primary community health service organization thus providing basis for promoting the development of community health service in Qiqihar and improving the community health service system construction in Qiqihar.Methods The awareness and utilization of community health service organizations in Jianhua District，Qiefeng District and Longsha District were given export interception questionnaire.Results In the 402 residents participating in survey，the results showed that the difference in age had statistical significance，the awareness of community health service center varied from age to age（χ2=12.0253 P=0.0172＜0.05），the middle-aged and elderly people had a better understanding of community health service，and the differences in gender，cultural degree，monthly income and medical insurance type had no obvious statistical significance（P＞0.05）.Conclusion The residents in Qiqihar have a lower awareness rate of community health service organizations and utilization rate of community function.We should hierarchically and pointedly prevent and cure diseases due to the diverse community health service groups，increase publicity of community service organizations and improve the resident’s awareness rate and utilization rate of service organizations in our city.
