糖尿病患者的健康教育需求及精神卫生状况分析

目的 了解糖尿病患者健康教育需求和精神卫生状况。方法 将该院在2014年1月—2015年12月期间治疗的所有糖尿病患者中选出110例作为研究对象，通过调查问卷的方式，调查其健康教育需求和精神卫生状况。另外，再选出100例健康者，与病患进行对照，判定糖尿病患者的精神症状。结果 从研究组的情况来看，大约90%的糖尿病患者，获得糖尿病知识的渠道来自于书籍和广播；大约48.2%的糖尿病患者，其糖尿病健康教育来自于社区护士，当面临糖尿病问题时，大约85.5%的糖尿病患者，选择询问社区医务工作者，大约的90.9%糖尿病患者，离不开社区护士的专门服务。关于病患精神卫生状况，通过与对照组对比发现：糖尿病患者在各种症状因子，如：强迫、焦虑、抑郁等，得分普遍较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 糖尿病患者在健康教育需求方面的需求较高，其精神卫生状况非常差。针对糖尿病患者的健康教育，必须确保其连续和完整，改善其精神卫生状况，对于糖尿病的防治意义重大。［关键词］糖尿病患者；健康教育需求；精神卫生状况

［Abstract］Objective To know the health education demand and mental health situation in patients with diabetes.Methods 110 cases of patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects and their health education demands and mental health situations were surveyed by questionnaire，and 100 cases of health people were selected for comparison，and the mental symptoms of patients with diabetes were determined. Results The channel of diabetes knowledge of about 90%patients was from books and broadcasting，the diabetes health education of about 48.2%patients was from community nurses，about 85.5%diabetes patients choose to inquire community medical workers when facing the diabetes issues，about 90.9%diabetes patients could not leave the specialized services of community nurses，in terms of mental health situation of patients，the comparison showed that various symptom factors such as forcing，anxiety and depression scores were generally higher，and the differences had statistical significance.Conclusion For diabetes patients，the demand for health education is higher，and the mental health situation is very bad.We must ensure the continuous and complete health education for them and improve their mental health situations，which is of great significance to prevent and cure diabetes.

作为多因性疾病，糖尿病的发病受到很多因素的影响，其中就包括心理因素和社会因素。在日常生活中，糖尿病患者遭遇的重大变故和挫折，都属于心理因素，由此引发病患在情绪上表现为抑郁、焦虑、紧张等，进而导致糖尿病患者精神卫生状况大大降低，最终使病情进一步恶化，为糖尿病的治疗和护理带来一系列不确定因素。……
