摘要：食品安全是当今世界关注的焦点，是保证人民身体健康社会稳定的关键，更是我国目前迫在眉睫亟待解决的问题。尤其是在近几年出现许多食品安全问题的情况下，人们对于食品安全的重视力度也在逐年增大。为了确保食品质量安全，进一步提高对于食品安全的监测力度，给予信息技术下的可信食品安全平台的溯源系统应运而生。关于此项系统的创新，国外在食品溯源体系的发展上已经有了很大的突破，但国内此项技术还尚不成熟。该文旨在研究讨论关于构建基于信息技术下的可信食品平台的一些现状，面临的挑战及研究成果等。

Abstract： Food safety is the focus of today's world， is to ensure the people's health and social stability of the key， but also our country is currently an urgent problem to be solved. Especially in recent years， many food safety problems appear， people pay more attention to food safety is also increasing year by year. In order to ensure food quality and safety， to further improve the monitoring of food safety， to give information technology under the credible food safety platform traceability system came into being. About the innovation of this system， the development of food traceability system in foreign countries has been a great breakthrough， but the domestic technology is still not mature. This paper aims to study and discuss some of the current situation， challenges and research results， which are based on the information technology.

1 引言

国外对于可信食品安全构建的平台逐渐都已经被溯源系统所替代，有些国家甚至把这种制度的实行加入到本国的立法中，可见对于食品安全的重视度。我国对于食品安全的重视时间较国外晚，一些核心技术的创新和发明还不够完善，在这些方面都限制了我国的食品溯源系统及安全食品检测的平台的良好构建与运行[1]。在国内，目前还尚未形成统一的安全食品监测平台的相关标准，与国际上的一些标准还有很大出入。除此之外，国内的监测平台还存在一些单一化的问题，监测方式技术过于单一，只能在食品检测步骤中的一部分起到作用，整体的监测平台还没有形成。
