综合护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者合并急性脑梗死患者的临床研究

目的研究综合护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者合并急性脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法随机择取该院在2015 年1月—12月期间接诊的患有2型糖尿病联合脑梗塞的老年患者100名，将其按照抽签的方式随机分成实验组和参照组，每组50名患者。对参照组行以常规性的护理干预，对实验组则行以综合性护理干预。结果经过不同的护理干预，实验组患者对于护理工作的满意程度（98%）明显优于参照组（86%），两组对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理有着重要的应用意义，值得在相关领域进行推广。

［Abstract］Ob jective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetesmellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction.M ethods Random ly selectsmy courtyard in January 2015 to admissions during the December of the same year with type 2 diabetesmellitus combined with cerebral infarction of the elderly patients with 100，according to the lottery were random ly divided into the experimental group and the reference group，each group 50 patients.In the experimental group，the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention，the reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention.Resu lts After different nursing intervention，the experimental group of patients for nursing work satisfaction degree（98%）was significantly better than the reference group （86%），the two groups compared to the presence of significant differences（P＜0.05），with statistical significance.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has important application significance，and it isworth popularizing in related fields.

在临床当中，2型糖尿病是对人类健康造成威胁的三种疾病中最严重的一种，其产生的并发症也会带来最大的危害［1］，特别是脑血管发生病变而产生的急性脑梗塞，其发病极快，且进展也非常快，给患者带来的病死以及致残的隐患很高［2］。伴随着全球范围内愈发严重的老龄化趋势、饮食结构和日常生活的变化，2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗塞患者数量也在逐渐地提升，且发病机制愈发复杂，当前在临床当中受到这种疾病影响的患者在身心上都受到极大的伤害，对于家庭以及社会也形成了较重的负担［3］。……
