糖尿病骨折患者伤口感染的护理对策

目的探讨糖尿病骨折患者伤口感染的护理对策。方法选取2013年2月—2016年2月期间于笔者所在医院就诊的糖尿病合并骨折患者共80例，按照不同护理手段进行分组:实行常规护理的40例患者归入对照组，实行伤口感染的针对性护理的40例患者归入研究组。结果研究组的伤口感染率低于对照组，住院时间和骨折愈合时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论患有糖尿病的患者其发生骨折的风险以及骨折后发生伤口感染的风险要高于未患有糖尿病的患者，临床应为患者实施优质的综合性护理，从各个角度来预防其伤口感染的发生。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the nursing countermeasures ofwound infection in patients with diabetesmellitus fracture. M ethods Chooses the February 2013 to 2016 during February to the where the hospital for treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with fractures in patients with a total of 80 cases，according to the different nursingmeasures were divided into three groups：implementation of routine nursing care of 40 patients were included in the control group，the implementation of wound infection in nursing care of 40 cases of patients included in the study group.Results The wound infection rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group，the length of stay and the time of fracture healing was shorter than that of the control group，and there was statistical difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Patients with diabetes after the risk of fracture and fracture occurred wound infection risk is higher than that of patients without diabetes，clinical should patients implement comprehensive nursing care quality，from every angle to prevent the wound infection occurred.

糖尿病会导致内分泌异常，使伤口的恢复速度减慢。因此糖尿病合并骨折患者发生感染的几率更高。老年患者本身衰弱的生理机能更是影响了骨折的愈合，加大了感染风险［1］。故该文针对糖尿病骨折病患的伤口感染护理进行研究，现报道如下。
