中西结合治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变眼底出血临床观察

目的分析中西结合治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变眼底出血的临床疗效。方法择取该院2014年10月—2015年10月收治的糖尿病性视网膜病变眼底出血患者60例设置为该的观察对象，按照信封随机分组的方法进行分组，常规组患者占据28例，实验组患者32例，对两组患者均给予银杏达莫注射液进行治疗，实验组在此基础上加用适量的云南白药胶囊进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经过临床治疗后可知，实验组与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为93.8%与78.6%，比较数据差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论对糖尿病性视网膜病变眼底出血患者采取中西结合治疗方案的疗效确切，可帮助患者明显改善临床症状，且中西联合用药导致的不良反应较低，值得推荐采纳。

近几年来，随着生活水平的提高与饮食结构的转变，使得糖尿病疾病的发病率常年居高不下，糖尿病是临床上十分常见的一类疾病，若不及时治疗将使得病情进一步发展，且可能并发多种疾病，其中糖尿病性视网膜病变（DR）是糖尿病患者十分常见的一类临床并发症［1-2］，可造成患者出现多种形式的视力功能障碍［3］，严重者可致盲［4］，因此，对DR患者进行积极有效的干预意义重大。该研究旨在分析中西结合治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变眼底出血的临床疗效，以期为今后的临床研究提供相关的参考资料，现报道如下。……
