摘 要：我国建筑业高速发展，资源浪费、环境污染等问题日益突出，绿色建筑是当今社会的必然要求，2006年我国颁布了第一部绿色建筑国家标准《绿色建筑评价标准》。超高层建筑在我国的中心城市数量日益增多，为了建设绿色超高层建筑，超高层建筑结构选择尤为重要，综合研究分析前人研究成果，基于《绿色建筑评价标准》，将超高层建筑结构体系的绿色性能作为超高层建筑结构方案评价的重要指标之一，建立超高层建筑结构方案评价指标体系。结合实例，运用多层次模糊综合评价对超高层建筑结构进行方案优选。

Under the background of green building super high-rise building structural optimization

Abstract：High speed development of construction in our country， the waste of resources and environmental pollution problem increasingly， green architecture is the inevitable requirement of today's society， 2006， China promulgated the first green building national standard "green building evaluation standards". In the center of the tall building in increasing the number of cities， in order to build green tall building， tall building structure is particularly important to the selection， comprehensive analysis previous research results， based on the green building evaluation standard "， will tall building structural system of green performance as a tall building structural schemes evaluation one of the important indexes， establish a tall building structural schemes evaluation index system. Combined with examples， using hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of tall building structural optimization scheme.

引言

结构是传递荷载、支撑建筑的骨骼，结构在建筑中的地位与作用不会因为建筑的发展而削弱或偏离。建筑结构通常要满足适用性、耐久性、安全性，建筑结构不仅要经济，而且要节能环保。建筑工程设计的内容可将设计工作分为建筑设计、结构设计和设备设计等。大型或技术复杂的工程，按照设计的阶段可分为方案设计阶段、初步设计阶段、施工图设计阶段。超高层建筑的设计，方案阶段内容可并入初步设计阶段，即在初步设计阶段，设计的工作者要通过优选与建筑设计相适应的结构体系。高层建筑的设计结构体系的选择是重中之重，通过研究了高层和超高层结构的结构体系和特点，为广大设计人员提供直观的经验与方法[1]。结构方案优选是综合考虑设计对象特征、环境与不同结构形式所形成的结构系统整体综合性能优劣，对多个方案的各个方面因素综合分析，选择一个合适的结构形式的决策过程。……
