摘 要：档案是传承人类文明的载体，是联系过去、现在和将来的纽带，而市政公用工程的档案尤其重要，不仅关乎现在的使用，还关乎到将来的保护、维修。市政基础设施包括了城市范围内道路、桥梁、广场、隧道、公共变通、排水、供水、供气、供热、污水处理、垃圾处理处置等工程，种类繁多。整理市政基础设施工程资料是一项繁琐、复杂的工作，从工程开工前的收集到工程竣工后的整理，最后编制成册，需要做好每个细节，才能交出一套完整的竣工资料。

Analysis of the urban construction archivist role in the whole process of data compilation of the municipal public works construction

Abstract： This file is the carrier of the heritage of human civilization is the contact in the past， present and future ties， and municipal public works especially important file， not only about the use now， but also about the protection and maintenance. Municipal infrastructure， including roads， bridges， squares， tunnels， modifications， drainage， water supply， gas supply， heat supply， sewage treatment， waste treatment and disposal and other projects within the city limits， and variety. Finishing municipal infrastructure engineering data is a tedious and complex work from the collection before the start of the project to the completion of the project after finishing last the preparation of a booklet， need to do a good job in every detail， in order to produce a complete set of completion data.

近年来我国城市基础设施项目建设日益增多，整体技术含量不断提升，随之带来了城建档案工作发展迅猛，城建档案的体系已经形成，档案的利用开发取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。1987年江泽民同志在视察上海档案局工作时就指出：“档案工作是各项事业发展的一个重要基础，这个基础不牢固，将来我们要负历史责任。”城建档案是城市建设发展的必然产物，综观城市发展史，任何一个城市无不是从小到大、从简单到复杂、从原始到现代的过程。我国城市建设历史悠久，内容广泛，但在漫长的历史时期，由于社会生产力局限，人们从事建设活动，其技术、技能的传播是延续是靠工匠们口传身授进行，即使形成了少量关于城建档案的记载，大部分还是没有保存下来，有的只能在历史典籍中找到零星记录。在信息化技术发达的今天，我们完全有条件和责任用现代化的方式记载城建档案。……
