目标管理在社区卫生服务站管理的有效性研究

目的 探讨目标管理在社区卫生服务站医护人员服务质量和工作效率的效果和体会。方法 该社区卫生服务站引入“目标管理方法”，对医护人员进行工作管理，并运用到三基考核中，观察和分析目标管理的效果和体会。结果将目标管理法模式实施前后的医护人员主动参与站内管理的主动率、三基考核合格率、患者满意度等数据进行对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用目标管理法在社区卫生服务站内实行管理，能提高医护人员主动参与站内管理的主动率、三基考核合格率、患者满意度等指标。

［Abstract］Objective To study the effect and experience of target management in the service quality and work efficiency of medical staff in the community health station.Methods The target management method was introduced to the community health station，the work management was applied to medical staff and three basic examinations，and the effect and experience of target management were observed and analyzed.Results The differences in the initiative rate of participating in station inner tube institute of medical staff，qualified rate of three basic examinations and satisfactory degree before and after the implementation of target management method had statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Adopting target management in community health station can improve the initiative rate of participating in station inner tube institute of medical staff，qualified rate of three basic examinations and satisfactory degree.

近年来，综合医院的迅速发展，建设规模的不断扩大一定程度上给患者的就医带来了便利，但诸多问题也接踵而来。目前医改的大力推广并施行“分级诊疗”的制度，就医的力度逐渐下沉到社区卫生服务机构。社区卫生服务站，是基层的非营利性医疗卫生服务机构，严格按照国家医改规划而设立。尊行以健康为中心、家庭为单位、社区为半径、需求为导向的服务宗旨，建立集预防保健、全科医疗、妇幼保健、康复治疗、健康教育、计划免疫、计划生育指导为主的 “六位一体”的连续性、综合性、低成本、高效率、方便群众的卫生服务体系［1］。要想成功地推进分级诊疗，社区卫生服务站的服务能力是关键。……
