综合指数法在医院医疗工作质量中的应用效果分析

目的 探讨综合指数法在医院医疗工作质量中的应用效果分析。方法 收集2012—2015年期间该院医疗工作的资料，采用综合指数法和秩和比法从医疗工作量、医疗质量、诊断质量、医疗效率4个方面对该院4年期间工作质量进行评价和分析。结果 综合指数法和秩和比法的评价结果显示，2012年医疗工作质量最差，2015年最佳，质量由高至低排序依次为2015（指数值=1.003，概率值=4.545）、2013（指数值=1.118，概率值=5.672）、2014（指数值=1.023，概率值=5.003）、2012（指数值=1.246，概率值=5.869）。结论 综合指数法可有效、客观反映医院的医疗工作质量，与秩和比法相结合具有更为合理的科学性，有利于改善医院医疗服务质量，值得临床作进一步推广。

［Abstract］Objective To study the application effect of synthetic index method in the hospital medical work quality. Methods The data of medical work in our hospital from 2012 to 2015 were collected，and work quality in our hospital was evaluated and analyzed from four aspects of medical workload，medical quality，diagnostic quality and medical efficacy by the synthetic index method and rank sum ratio method.Results The evaluation results showed that the medical work quality in 2012 was the worst and in 2015 was the best，and the quality order from high to low in turn was 2015（index value= 1.003，probability value=4.545），2013（（index value=1.118，probability value=5.672），2014（index value=1.023，probability value=5.003），and 2012（index value=1.246，probability value=5.869）.Conclusion The synthetic index method can effectively and objectively reflect the hospital medical work quality，and it is more rational and scientific compared with the synthetic index method and rank sum ratio method，which is conducive to improving the hospital medical service quality，and it is worth further promotion in clinic.

医疗质量是评价医院管理的一个重要指标之一，主要是指医疗服务的及时性、有效性和安全性，其优劣由多因素、多指标所决定，可直接客观反映医院的医疗工作质量。此外，由于医疗质量是医院管理的客观反映指标，科学客观地评价医疗质量，可为改善医院的满意度及社会影响力提供有力的科学依据，有利于发现实际管理中的不足之处和做出相应的应对方案。目前，综合指数法和秩和比法是医疗质量评价中常用的方法，均可有效依据《医院工作报表》的相关指标作出科学合理的评价［1］。……
