强力静脉通胶囊的质量标准的研究

目的 提高强力静脉通胶囊的质量标准。方法 采用显微鉴别方法测定熟地黄、黄芪、地龙、当归、天麻、红花的主成分；采用TLC法对处方中的金银花、当归、白术、进行了鉴别。结果 在显微镜下观察，检出了熟地黄、黄芪、地龙、当归、天麻、红花的成分；在TLC色谱中检出了金银花、当归、白术成分。结论 该方法简便易行、专属性强、结果准确可靠，可有效控制强力静脉通胶囊的产品质量。

［Abstract］Objective To improve the quality standard of qiangli jingmaitong capsule.Methods The principal components of prepared rehmannia root，astragalus membranaceus，pberetima，angelica，gastrodia tuer and red flower were measured by the microscopic identification method，and the honeysuckle，angelica and white atractylodes rhizome in prescription were identified by TLC method.Results The components of prepared rehmannia root，astragalus membranaceus，pberetima，angelica，gastrodia tuer and red flower were detected by the observation under the microscope，and the components of honeysuckle，angelica and white atractylodes rhizome were detected in the TLC chromatography.Conclusion The method is simple and easy-to-operate with strong specificity and accurate and reliable results，which can effectively control the product quality of qiangli jingmaitong capsules.

强力静脉通胶囊为吉林省某医院的制剂车间生产的品种，是中药复方制剂。由金银花、当归、丹参、黄芪、白术、桃仁、红花、地龙、熟地黄、菟丝子、秦艽、天麻、苦参、木瓜、黄柏、红参等十六味中药配制而成。具有清热解毒，活血化瘀，通脉活络，益气补肾，软坚散结的功效。临床用于静脉曲张、静脉炎、静脉血栓形成、静脉瓣功能不全、下肢慢性溃疡（臁疮腿），郁积皮炎、湿疹、色素沉着、淋巴炎、淋巴结肿大、淋巴结核、丹毒等的治疗。原质量标准只规定了性状和检查项，检查项按照中国药典2010版一部附录ⅠL胶囊剂项下有关规定。从这个标准上来看没有专属性的检验项目，不能有效控制药品的质量。为此本实验考察了供试品十六种成分……
