妇产科护理中风险管理的应用价值评价

目的 探讨妇产科护理中风险管理的应用价值。方法 选择2014年3月—2016年1月该院妇产科接收的74例患者作为此次研究对象，把全部患者随机分为对照组与研究组，两组各有37例患者，对照组实施常规护理未实施护理风险管理，研究组在对照组基础上实施护理风险管理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 研究组对护理人员的管理工作、服务态度、书写能力、健康指导以及风险防范意识的评分均要显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组护理满意度是97.30%，护理风险事件发生率是2.70%；对照组护理满意度是81.08%，护理风险事件发生率是16.22%，研究组护理满意度以及护理风险事件发生情况均要显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在妇产科护理中实施风险管理具有较高应用价值，能够显著减少护理风险事件的发生，提高患者对护理服务的满意度，还能改善护理人员的风险意识以及护理水平，值得在临床上大力推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To study the application value of risk management in the nursing in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics.Methods 74 cases of patients admitted in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics of our hospital from March 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects，and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each，the control group implemented conventional nursing without nursing risk management，the research group implemented nursing risk management on the basis of the control group，and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The management work，service attitude，writing ability，health guidance and risk prevention awareness scores in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group，P＜0.05，the nursing satisfactory degree and incidence rate of nursing risk events in the research group were obviously better than those in the control group，（97.30%，2.70%vs 81.08%，16.22%），P＜0.05.Conclusion The application value of the implementation of risk management in the nursing is higher，which can obviously reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events，improve the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing services and improve the risk awareness and nursing level of nursing staff，which is worth great promotion and application in clinic.

随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的提升，患者以及家属对护理工作的要求也越来越高。就妇产科而言，护理风险主要是指在对孕产妇和新生儿的临床护理过程中，因为护理不当或失误而导致的矛盾纠纷、道德争议的风险。妇产科护理风险管理，主要是指对孕产妇、新生后、病人家属、探视人员以及护理人员自身进行潜在风险的评估和辨别，然后及早发现和干预，避免风险的发生。……
