护理安全管理在老年患者内科护理中的应用

目的 探讨老年患者内科治疗中的护理安全管理方法，改进护理工作中种种缺陷，保证护理安全，从而降低护理不良事件的发生，提高护理质量。方法 通过评估及分析老年患者内科治疗护理中潜在或存在的危险因素，建立护理不良事件讨论和安全管理制度，实施护理安全管理。结果 实行护理安全管理后老年患者发生压疮、误服、漏服药物、管路滑脱/自拔、跌倒、坠床、烫伤与实行前比较（P＜0.05）差异有统计学意义。结论 通过评估及分析老年患者治疗护理中潜在或存在的危险因素，建立了护理不良事件讨论和安全管理制度，明显减少了护理不良事件的发生，提高了护理质量。

［Abstract］Objective To discuss the nursing safety management method in medical treatment of elderly patients，improve various disadvantages in nursing work and guarantee nursing safety thus reducing the occurrence of nursing adverse events and improving nursing quality.Methods We should establish discussion and safety management system of nursing adverse events and implement nursing safety management by the evaluation and analysis of potential and existing risk factors in medical treatment nursing in elderly patients.Results The difference in the occurrence of pressure sores，drug misusage and leakage，piping slippage/free itself，falling，falling bed and empyrosis before and after the implementation of nursing safety management had statistical significance，P＜0.05.Conclusion Establishing the discussion and safety management system of nursing adverse events by the evaluation and analysis of potential and existing risk factors in treatment nursing of elderly patients can obviously reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events and improve the nursing quality.

当前，人类社会逐渐趋向老龄化［1］。老年患者由于年龄逐渐增加，机体形态改变和功能下降，反应性减弱，对病痛以及疾病的反应不像年轻人那样敏感，症状不典型、不明显［2］。因此，在住院期间老年患者的医疗、护理安全问题已成为当前医院管理工作的难点、重点。“质量、安全、服务、费用”是医院管理年的活动主题，也是广大医务人员执行医疗活动的指南，护理安全作为医疗安全的一部分，直接影响医疗质量，与患者的生命息息相关［3］。该科于2013年1月—2014年12月，通过评估及分析老年患者治疗护理潜在或存在的风险因素，结合科室临床特点及实际情况，于2014年1月—2015年12月实施了护理安全管理，从而降低了护理不良事件的发生，提高了护理质量，在老年安全管理中取得了良好效果。……
