CT诊断在肺部真菌感染患者的临床应用价值探析

目的探讨和分析CT诊断对于肺部真菌感染患者的临床价值。方法整群选取该院在2013年7月—2015年6月这段期间内收治的72例肺部真菌感染患者为分析的对象，先对全部患者进行X线检查，之后再做CT诊断，仔细观察CT扫描影像学具有的特点，最后分析两种方法各自所取得的结果情况。结果采取X线这种方法检出了7例，检出率是9.7%；而采取CT诊断检出了43例，检出率为59.7%，提示CT的阳性检出率要显著高于X线的检出率，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）；此外X线曲线和CT曲线的下面积分别是0.671与0.749，提示CT诊断准确率更高。结论通过CT诊断这种方法来对肺部真菌感染患者进行诊断，可获得较高的检出率。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical value of CT diagnosis in patients with pulmonary fungal infection.Methods Group selection in our hospital in July 2013 to 2015 June during the period from 72 cases of pulmonary fungal infection were the object of analysis，X-ray examination of all patients first，then CT diagnosis，carefully observe the CT scan imaging features.Finally，the analysis of the two methods the results achieved.Results The X-ray method was found in 7 cases，the detection rate was 9.7%；take CT diagnosis was detected in 43 cases，the detection rate is 59.7%，it is suggested that CT positive detection rate was significantly higher than that of X-ray detection rate（P＜0.05）；in addition the area under the curve of X-ray and CT are 0.671 and 0.749，suggesting a higher accuracy of CT diagnosis.Conclusion CT diagnosis of pulmonary fungal infection in patients with diagnosis，can get a higher detection rate.

对于肺部真菌感染患者来讲，其伴有的不良反应主要有以下几项，即原发症状的疼痛、发热以及呼吸不畅等，可是，患者具有的临床症状和体征没有显现出特异性，这就使得早期诊断和治疗更加困难；CT诊断是基于影像学而建立的一种常用的诊断方法，其密度与分辨率均很高，非常适用于对肺部真菌感染进行诊断［1］。该院在2013年7月—2015年6月这段期间内，对收治的72例肺部真菌感染患者实施了CT诊断，获得了满意的诊断准确率，现报道如下。
