超声引导下麦默通微创乳腺肿块手术的临床效果分析

目的 研究超声引导下麦默通微创乳腺肿块手术的临床效果。方法 方便选择2014年5月—2015年11月该院收治的80例行乳腺肿块切除手术患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组40例。观察组在超声引导下行麦默通微创切除术，对照组行传统切除术。比较两种手术方法的手术时间、术中出血量、术后愈合时间、术后瘢痕大小及术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、伤口愈合时间及疤痕大小分别为（20.38±4.42）min、（9.45±3.83）mL、（3.11±0.58）d及（3.34±0.42）mm，显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率为5%，显著低于对照组的25%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论超声引导下麦默通微创乳腺肿块切除术疗效显著，安全性高，能显著缩短术后康复时间，减小术后瘢痕长度，有利于保持乳房美观度。

［Abstract］Objective To study the clinical effect of mammotome minimally invasive breast mass surgery under ultrasound guidance.Methods Convenient selection 80 patients who received breast mass resection operation in our hospital from May 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the research subjects，they were divided into two groups randomly（each 40 cases）. The observation group underwent mammotome minimally invasive resection operation under ultrasound guidance，the control group underwent traditional resection operation.Operation time，intraoperative blood loss，postoperative healing time，postoperative scar size and postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Results Operative time，intraoperative blood loss，wound healing time，and scar size of the observation group were（20.38±4.42）min，（9.45±3.83）mL，（3.11±0.58）d and（3.34±0.42）mm respectively，which were significantly lower than the control group（P＜0.05）.Postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 5%，which was significantly lower than the control group（25%）（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Mammotome minimally invasive breast mass resection operation under ultrasound guidance has a marked effect，high safety，it can significantly shorten postoperative recovery time，reduce postoperative scar length，it is conducive to maintaining beauty of the breast.

乳腺肿块是女性常见病，随着人们生活方式的改变，乳腺肿块发生率呈逐年上升趋势，传统手术虽能切除乳腺肿块，但切口大、术后愈合时间长，手术瘢痕明显。麦默通是近年来应用于临床的乳腺微创旋切系统，为乳腺肿瘤鉴别和肿瘤的微创切除提供了新的技术支持［1］。该研究方便选取2014年5月—2015年11月该院收治的80例乳腺肿块患者作为研究对象，对比分析麦默通微创手术在乳腺肿块切除术中的应用价值，现报道如下。……
