穴位按摩配合刮痧治疗产后缺乳的临床探讨

目的 观察穴位按摩配合刮痧护理措施对剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌的影响。方法 整群选取该院于2015年6—9月期间收治的78例剖宫娩产妇，按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组39例与干预组39例，常规组实行一般护理，干预组在一般护理基础上采用穴位按摩配合刮痧治疗，观察两组产妇产后48 h泌乳量。结果 常规组产妇母乳较少所占比例为38.46%、母乳较多为41.03%，母乳充足为20.51%；干预组上述指标分别为5.13%、28.21%、66.67%。干预组母乳充足产妇例数多于常规组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 针对剖宫娩产妇做好早接触早吸吮早开奶，向产妇做好母乳喂养优势知识宣教的同时，及早进行穴位按摩并配合中医刮痧治疗，能促进产妇产后泌乳量。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the effect of acupoint massage combined with scraping nursing measures on the secretion of cesarean section maternal milk.Methods Group selection of undergraduate in June 2015 to September 2015 admitted during the period of 78 cases of cesarean section fetal maternal，according to the random number table method can divide the for routine group（39 cases）and intervention group（39 cases）and routine group to implement general nursing，intervention group on the basis of general nursing by acupoint massage combined with scraping therapy，observation of two groups of puerperas are postpartum lactation volume in 48 hours.Results In the conventional group，the proportion of women's breast milk was 38.46%，breast milk was 41.03%，breast milk was 20.51%；the intervention group was 5.13%，28.21%and 66.67%respectively.The number of women in the intervention group was more than that of the conventional group，P＜0.05. Conclusion For cesarean section fetal maternal do early contact early suck early to open milk，to the mothers do propaganda breastfeeding knowledge advantage also early acupoint massage and Gua Sha therapy with traditional Chinese medicine can promote the quantity of postpartum lactation.

乳汁是帮助新生儿生长发育的天然食物，是由产妇乳腺分泌出液体，颜色呈白色或淡黄色，乳汁中含有各种新生儿必须营养素，包括脂肪、蛋白质、糖和无机盐及各类免疫因子等。但是由于大部分产妇缺乏哺乳经验，产后泌乳量较少是多数产妇面临问题之一，针对此情况，为产妇进行中医特色护理如点穴及刮痧等是目前临床比较有效的护理方法，安全有效［1-2］。该研究整群选自该院2015年6—9月收治78例剖宫娩产妇对其实施穴位按摩配合中医刮痧法等中医护理措施以促进乳汁分泌，取得了一定效果，现报道如下。……
